She looked like a hostage being forced to make a statement. But, that makes sense. She’s technically a hostage of ABC and their legal counsel forced her to make the statement.

Sunny Hostin should have known better, I say should have because Sunny is a lawyer. Though she served with the DOJ, which kinda explains why she doesn’t know much about the law.

Per NW, seems that “The View” specializes in unsustainable allegations. What a surprise.
Regarding Gaetz, I can’t figure out exactly what is going on there, beyond the fact that he’s a lawyer without a lot of experience overall, and none in prosecution or criminal defense, who somehow was picked for AG while an ethical haze was hanging over his head. If approved, the poor guy would have been a pinata for all practical purposes.

Gaetz is not well liked among the RINO faction of the house or senate, after he called for the ouster of their fellow RINO, Mike McCarthy. It’s a sound bet that Mac is still poisoning the well, ala Paul Ryan.
That said, having observed Trump’s actions, I believe that with Gaetz’ cooperation, Trump used him as a distraction. If you recall, a couple of weeks before the election, Trump and Gaetz said that they had a secret that they would reveal after he won. I thought that the comment of gun grabbing lefty Chris Murphy, was funny. “We could end up with somebody worse”. So now that Pam Bondi is his new pick, let’s see what happens, but I suspect she’ll sail through her hearings.
