Debacle

By Mitch Berg

Video smuggled out of Kamala Harris HQ after the Fox interview last night:

This should help affect the votes of the four undecided voters out there.

These outtakes give you a pretty fair idea how the interview went:

A little more seriously? I didn’t get fooled by the “Red Wave” hype two years ago – I’m never quite that optimistic – but there’s a difference in the air these days:

Trump could still lose this – it’s not that hard to picture.

But I’m looking forward to the election night broadcast, if only to see how all these horse races turn out.

UPDATE: Judge for yourself:

I read Erick Erickson’s morning newsletter this morning and he’s tamped down my schadenfreude a little bit. We weren’t the target audience for Harris last night (heck, I don’t even watch Fox). She was trying to reach any undecided voters that watch Fox and the most reluctant of reluctant Trump voters. She didn’t do a good job during the interview, so she won’t be as successful as she hoped to be, but for the vast majority of viewers, the stumbles don’t actually hurt her because those voters were going to vote Trump no matter what she did on Fox.

I won’t be watching on election night. I’m too old to stay up until 4:00 am to see the blue line jump above the red line, as absentee ballots found in the trunks of cars are juuuust enough to overcome the deficiency numbers in Matt Margolis’ chart.

I’ve seen and heard some takes from a few independents, that happen to be women. They thought she was arrogant, rude and lying. Last month, she called 18-24 years olds “stupid”, but claimed she would never say that about the American people. This sealed their votes for Trump.

It’s funny that Hillary, Pelosi and Kamala, have all been caught calling Democrat voters stupid, but apparently, leftists don’t care.

Why not leave Trump’s EOs in place while you tried to fix the border? Sheesh.

Because “fixing the border” as the “border czar” was simply lying BS meant to calm the fears of the mushy middle/low-information voter. From day 1, the Biden administration knew damn well that the left has been losing their two most reliable minority voting constituencies: Blacks and Hispanics. The last 3 years have been the importation of a new reliable voting constituency: Illegal aliens.

It’s being reported that Fox had 7.7 million viewers for the interview. They witnessed a cowardly performance on her part!

She really wasn’t there to answer and questions, she was there to bloviate. Her team didn’t want her exposed to any questions especially tough questions. I believe the only reason they agreed to be there at all was they thought she could manage a short interview. Her team did everything they could to make a short interview even shorter.

“Baier, Fox News’ chief political anchor and host of the 6 p.m. “Special Report” program, later said multiple Harris campaign aides were signaling him to end the interview — halting the tough questioning minutes before the half-hour mark.

The veep showed up 17 minutes late, Baier told members of the “Special Report” panel after the sitdown aired, but members of her staff weren’t willing to make up the lost time.”

Another White Male who intentionally failed to position Kamala for success, no doubt because in addition to being afraid of strong, independent women, he is also a racist who hates Indians (dot, not feather).

  8. Emery Says:

All Baier did was remind women of the many, many times they are interrupted by a man.
