Yup! Judges, including SCOTUS, are now using that “lacks standing” as an excuse to avoid hearing or worse yet, ruling on the cases! The message here? You peons can’t challenge the elites, even though that is our right under the constitution.

The standing argument is very interesting, because what she’s saying is that somehow on her planet, the introduction of fraudulent votes does not reduce the voting power of legitimately cast votes. Not quite sure how that works out, except in the land of wishful thinking.

Try this. Correct me if I’m wrong. Marbury V Madison established that the courts had the right of Judicial Review. These standing cases…… Are the courts slowly giving up their right of Judicial Review?
