Open Letter To Alvin Bragg And All The Chuckleheads Cheering On Yesterday’s Verdict

Re: You Did It!

I’ve never been coy about the fact that I’ve never cared about Donald Trump – or at least his dominant public persona. I don’t care for what his erratic and impulsive nature cost the GOP in 2018 and 2020.

Something I like far less than Trump? Debasing the justice system to harass poltiical opponents and try to rig elections.

Alvin Bragg’s goal may not have been to create someone who’s going to do whatever he can to push Trump over the top this fall.

If it were, I’m not sure what he’d have done differently.

January 6 was a riot – and the foundations of our representative republic were never in danger, any more than during Watergate or the Civil War.

The Trump trial – activities that according to the judge related to no crime, over charges that the FEC said weren’t crimes back when they were within the statute of limitations – is a direct assault on one of the things that tenuously separates America from the barbarians.

So far.

Congrats, Dems. You did it. You dragged me, kicking and screaming, into supporting Trump .

Let’s make America a constitutional republic with the rule of laws, not men, again.

If anyone needs more credible circumstantial evidence that the 2020 election was stolen, I don’t know how to satisfy them. Blatant abuse of the judicial system to further political objectives has never been so unapologetically obvious. Also obvious why the DFL wants to get rid of Nicole Mitchell. Provide cover, period.

  2. Greg Says:

If God ran for dog-catcher as a Democrat, I would vote for the devil.

  3. jdm Says:

Oh, gosh. Look at all the “nice” Republicans are popping up all over, hands on hips and pouty faces, all concerned about DemoCommie activities to create an authoritarian state (a “democracy”). Activities that have been going on more and more openly for the last four years. But mean tweets and not our type.

Wonder if Trump’s Secret Service detail will be allowed to accompany him when he goes to jail. Remember Epstein didn’t kill himself.

  4. Pig Bodine Says:

In the above letter to Bragg the leadoff acknowledges that due to his lack of perfection Trump is disposable, grudgingly conceding the necessity for the trial.

Then the assertion is made that America is not yet barbarian as though it isn’t the 4th century AD and the Visigoths haven’t repeatedly overrun your city. Check out the daily feed from @CrimeWatchMpls.

The Nov 5th ballot layouts with proper choices already marked are at the printers. There won’t be any 4am pauses in the count this time. The “election” is over and the GOP, a party that is always happy to be the minority party, is OK with that.

What strikes me here is that I would be very (pleasantly) surprised if the New York bar decided to revoke the law licenses of Bragg, Mecham, and their minions, so at a certain point, it is as if the Supreme Court needs the right, when they hand down a lopsided decision striking down a lower court, to proceed to disbar the lawyers involved. We can start with the 9-0 decision the Court levied recently against (no surprise) the state of New York for trying to drive the NRA out of business.

On a broader note, certain things really ought to lead quickly to professional discipline. If you campaign for your prosecutor’s job saying you’re going to “get” someone (e.g. Letitia James, Alvin Bragg, Fani Willis), “see you in disbarment court.” If you bring (or allow) an indictment without clear charges, see you in disbarment court. If you refuse to allow an expert on the law to testify about the law in a court applying that law, see you in disbarment court. If you issue jury instructions without a clear criterion for conviction, see you in disbarment court. If you, as a prosecutor, drop hundreds of sexual assault, attempted murder, and aggravated battery cases to pursue politically based charges on the basis of a misdemeanor offence, see you in disbarment court.

All in all, events of the past year have persuaded me that far too many police agencies and prosecutors are basically “mailing it in”, creating a scenario where people who pose no threat are harshly punished (often by the process) while real dangers to society get off scot-free. They’re basically pushing against people who are less likely to push back.

  6. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

    Pig you’re skipping ahead

Act I is the show trial. Act 2 is the jailing to keep him off the campaign trail. Act 3 are the lawsuits alleging a convicted felon cannot run for public office so he can’t even be on the ballot. Act 4 are the riots to scare people into voting absentee. Act 5 are the fake absentee ballots to put Lesko Brandon over the top again.

Don’t get ahead of yourself there’s a lot more drama to come

  7. bosshoss429 Says:

    Bigman is on point.

Whether you want to believe it or not, the call to disarm law abiding citizens, while opening our borders to the dregs of society, with at least 1 million military age men, especially Chinese, has an end game. Surprisingly, the Red Star had an article highlighting that 2 invaders tried to illegally cross the border at Pembina, ND, carrying backpacks containing hand guns, spare magazines and 2 rifles. They dropped them and escaped back into Canada. Where were those guns going and how many have been smuggled in already? Pedo Pete’s version of Fast and Furious in reverse!

Just like the J6 false flag, look for these people to join the transgenders in AntiFa and the gimme class that is BLM, dressing in MAGA swag and causing chaos. They are already setting the stage for “communication blackouts”, due to solar activity. Jamie Ratbastard laid out a plan to get Alito and Barrett to recuse themselves from the law fare based J6 cases. These people are sick, narcissistic psychopaths.

  8. jdm Says:

^ Gosh, I hope all the nice Republicans don’t hurt themselves voting so hard while holding their noses.

You know, once the DemoCommies realize how much more quiet and compliant the nice Republicans will be if/when Trump is “disappeared” their task of keeping the Magiots under control will be that much more easy.

  9. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

Moderate, sensible Republicans decide the show-trial conviction is the last straw; they will reluctantly Vote Harder for Trump.

    Um . . . wow, this is awkward . . . about that whole “voting” thing . . . .

  10. Mitch Berg Says:

    “about that whole voting thing”

    Your alternative?

BTW, I like Walter Hudson’s take on this; this whole episode is evidence that elections do still matter. If they didn’t, they wouldn’t have to do this kind of thing.

  11. jdm Says:

^ Oh, please. You’re being disingenuous (as is Mr Hudson, and especially here in MN).

  12. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

When you are playing a two-person game like checkers or chess and the other player cheats, your options are:

    1. Refuse to sink to his level. Keep playing honestly and lose with dignity. This is the normal Republican response.

    2. Respond tit for tat. It doesn’t stop the cheating but will even the odds. You will still lose if the other cheater is persistent and creative. Vote Harder strategy.

    3. Knock the board over, smack him upside the head, and refuse to play if he’s going to cheat. Ropes and lampposts, maybe riots, possibly civil war.

I’m open to other options. Any game theory people want to weigh in? Any political strategists have an opinion? Anybody?

How do we save the nation from stolen elections?

  13. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

Hindrocket takes the question one step farther.

  14. jdm Says:

^ One of the comments from that post that I liked.
Who’s “we”, Kimosabe? Biden will be “illegitimate”? Mr Hinderaker is three and an half years too late. Brain-dead Biden was illegitimate when the cabal stole the 2020 election. Mr Hinderaker has yet to acknowledge that. He has yet to acknowledge that J6 was a false flag operation. He’s not acknowledged that the classified document case is fraudulent. He claimed that Trump was not only not guilty, but he was “incredibly stupid or he wanted go to jail”. Finally, Mr Hinderaker has yet to acknowledge that the GOPe is collaborating with the dems and globalists to destroy President Trump and the America First Movement. That the cabal supports the police state.

  15. John "Bigman" Jones Says:

jdm, you’re correct, but I’m willing to cut Mitch and Hinderocker some slack, at least for now. I foresee a Never Trump convention move to replace Trump with DeSantis/Haley/Anybody Else on the grounds “we can’t nominate a convicted felon.” Let’s see how that plays out. There’s still time for Republicans to select a gracious loser.

I’m not convinced it makes any difference who the Republicans run. The existence of an election isn’t what matters, it’s the conduct of the election that makes all the difference. I think Democrats have rigged the election – sorry, “fortified” the election – so they can ensure the outcome. Jailing the leading political opponent is only one of their tactics. Even Fidel Castro held elections and amazingly, he always won, too.

It’s said “you can vote your way into socialism but you have to shoot your way out.” Not necessarily true. Sometimes the military can stage a coup and if they have overwhelming force, the change can occur without much loss of life. Does anybody see the US military ousting Biden that way? Me neither.

Another no-shooting-option is for the usurper to surrender to a foreign invader. China could threaten war and Biden could surrender to “save the nation.” They might not even bother to replace him since Biden is a bought-and-paid-for China puppet anyway.

The nation envisioned by the Founders lasted from 1776 to 1861, about 80 years. USA 2.0 lasted a bit longer but we’e overdue for a change. I’m not sure I want to see what USA 3.0 will look like.

  16. jdm Says:

^ Well stated arguments, Mr Jones. We’re both pretty much in agreement although the details differ (I think DeSantis would make a good president even though he’s apparently a terrible candidate).

My emotional engagement with all these depressing developments is that there’s a 50 year history going back to Watergate* of Republican leaders who will come when called and told to roll over and play dead by any sufficiently angry rhetoric from the DemoCommies. As is typical of DemoCommies in their quest for total control, they keep pushing the envelope, becoming more and more brazen and obvious. The last four years have seen this process accelerate to the point that the GOP establishment (and Mitch and Hinderacker) should’ve sensed something was amiss (if not a fucking disaster), but no. We’re still shocked, shocked I tell you, about “shrinkflation”.

My emotional outburst of a few days ago has passed and I’ll go back to being a bitterly amused reactionary (emphasis on the bitter) who waits to see what new evil the DemoCommies will attempt. I have no idea what is going to happen – or I have ideas and none of them bode well.

    * the first DemoCommie coup d’état

  17. jdm Says:

^ Apparently, I’m not the only one who’s figured this out.

Donald Trump’s criminal conviction in New York last week must be understood in terms of a political war that has been going on since Watergate. This 50-year fight—between the American people and an increasingly powerful ruling class—is the last stage of a project that began over a century ago, when progressive intellectuals imported German political science into America with the explicit aim of transforming the Constitution.
