At 5-12 foot range

With a .45 ACP.

And lives to return fire.

And then performs first aid on himself until the cops arrived.

And, three years later, tells his story:

    Damn! This guy must be living right. Incredible story, but, funny; I don’t recall this being covered by the propaganda machine.

    I recall seeing a reference to a shooting in/near downtown that was ruled justifiable, but I could never find details on it.
