Question: what’s the difference between an ugly black assault rifle with a mega capacity, magazine designed to slaughter children, and…

… a firearm manifesting the righteous fury of a freedom fighter?

Why, the relative level of political correctness of the person holding it, of course!

We’re heading towards the 50th anniversary of the American Indian Movement occupation of Wounded Knee, South Dakota.

And like the Che Guevara T-shirt and the hammer and sickle, and the guy with the AK-47 clone, shows us that to the left, the means justify the ends.

  1. Yup! Gotta follow that hypocritical narrative.

Just like all of those sjws that were protesting the pipelines, to protect the water. They left about a ton of trash and human feces from one of the river banks.

  2. Do some real research on the Wounded Knee program in 1973 and you will find out that the Indians were battling each other first before calling AIM. They had a corrupt council and there were two factions killing each other and after the siege they continued to kill each other. The whole thing was a disaster but making it look like a Disney movie is pathetic. That the rich tribes don’t share with poor ones is interesting as well.

  3. Oh look! Now 🐀 is an expert on Indian history!

Is there *anything* for which 🐀 isn’t the go-to authority? I don’t think so.

Say 🐀…now that BiRKiE ShREddiNG is over, and the sKi ShaK is closed for the season, tell us about the schooner ⛵ you and your FaBUlouS LaKE yAChT KLuB ⚓ are campaigning for America’s Cup this year.

Have you cleared space for the Auld Mug 🏆 at your LAkEfRoNT EsTAtE?

    tai, 🐀!!

  4. Back when I was a teen, it was an open secret that AIM hq on Franklin Ave. in Minneapolis was a distribution point for drugs brought in from the West Coast.

  5. That MPR piece *had* to make at least one reprobate at MPR cringe, just a little…

That Warrior isn’t holding a machine gun, its not even an assault rifle; its just a rifle….he wasn’t fighting federal law enforcement…he was resisting “US government agents”.

“As a medic during the occupation of Wounded Knee in early 1973, Thunder Hawk was stationed nightly in a frontline bunker in the combat zone between Native American activists and U.S. government agents in South Dakota.”

“The occupation began on the night of Feb. 27, 1973, when a group of warriors led by Oklahoma AIM leader Carter Camp, who was Ponca, moved into the small town of Wounded Knee.”

See, when any ethnic group fights to preserve their heritage, land and culture, it’s stunning and brave….except if you’re White; then it’s Nazism.

  6. BH, the enormous mounds of trash left at that pipe protest really was something. I think I read it took 7, 20 ton trucks to haul it all away. They defiled Mother, not accidentally, but with malice of forethought.

I don’t attribute it to the legit tribal nations, it was just a mob of drunk and drugged out reprobates looking for a squat and something to do. But the nations could have made a positive statement by cleaning the meas up themselves.

  7. BTW, zoom in on that warrior’s face…dude has got some fucked up teeth!

  8. Swift—you’re nearly 70 years old and you’re still performing your weak @ss Internet troll shtick? Are you using a walker to get to your inter web battle station ?🤡

  9. 🔼 Wind 🐀 up and watch him spin!

He expends more hit air lying than his schooner will need to win America’s Cup!

  10. 🐀 Emery has suddenly become obsessed with age. It’s utterly bizarre, and came from nowhere…it’s a clue.

I deduce he is rapidly nearing retirement age, and realizes he has nothing to retire on. His rat nest is lined with urine soaked, IOU’s and shattered dreams…he realizes time has run out and the miserable circumstances he finds himself in are as good as it gets. His little rAT brain is throbbing.

His family left years ago, he has no friends and nothing to show for a life wasted. He surfs the web, reading stories of successful people doing important things; fun things…he squeaks in frustration and seethes.

This is probably where his vocal support of assisted suicide comes from. He can’t face the future, and lacking the stones to kys he wants someone else to do that for him… reprobate leftist to the end.

I expect his lies to become more outrageous this year than ever, more distanced from reality, and more hilarious.

  11. Emery,
the Cliff Klaven of SitD has a ready answer for every question seemingly, but one:

Emery: Among so many other things, you present yourself as an expert on the ethics of abortion so it should not be difficult for you to answer this question…
At what point in your mother’s pregnancy with you would it have become unacceptable for her to abort you?

As a bonus question where can I find the text in the Constitution that supports this claim you made:
“The Constitution before amendment said Clarence Thomas should be counted as 3/5ths of a person.”

  12. BN

  13. I believe Emery announced his retirement a year or two back, actually, which makes his three hours & change at the Birkie pretty darned impressive. I’ve got two daughters that did the full 50k state, the elder doing about 4:30 and the younger about 5:20. I want to do the “short” classic Kortelopet (30k) next year, we’ll see if my health and such complies.

OK, to the subject, back in the early 1970s, the AK wasn’t as much a feared gun in our country as it was a symbol of Communism, which I’d have to guess was the particular motivation of this particular protester. And if indeed progressives/liberal democrats applauded this (I was too young to remember at the time), then they are doubly guilty, as this was a time when Gulag Archepelago had just come out. The world was starting to realize just how horrible Communism really was, and hence symbols like the hammer and sickle really ought to be no more acceptable than the swastika, IMO.

  14. You’d like the “ Kortie” ! It starts @ OO which is after all the steeper verticals north of OO — so it’s more rolling.

  15. BTW — next year will be the 50th anniversary of the Birkebeiner. There’ll be some nice commemorative swag for those registered for any of the events. If you’re not excited and a bit nervous it doesn’t mean anything.

  16. Now that it’s mentioned, I do remember 🐀 announcing his retirement a while back. Perhaps *he* sees 70 coming down the driveway. Come to think about it, these wild lies about his athletic prowess are classic bullshit stories you expect from busted old men.

  17. Sure, rAT. I’ll leave right away and can be there by 8:00 am. What time you getting there? What’s your phone #, so I can call you when I get there?

  18. Over the years I’ve put together the hints & I think that Blaze & Emery are about the same age.

  19. rAT! Give me the deets…I gotta get going if I’m gonna make registration.

  20. Could be, AIUMMP. But rAT said he was retired, and I have several years to go before that happens.

Of course, he was all but surely lying, but he could have been a state worker; he’s got the IQ of the average DMV Somali clerk.

We’ll sort it all out at Giants Ridge this weekend, and I’ll report back. Just waiting for the details, and I’m on my way.

  21. rAT!

C’mon bro! I gotta book this ASAP!

  22. I found a redeye tonight! How about I stay at your Estate and we take the Hummer up together?

  23. ⬆️ Someone doesn’t know the difference between the American Birkebeiner (starting in Cable and finishing in Hayward) and the Norwegian Birkebeiner (starting at Rena and finishing in Lillehammer.)

  24. I think everyone knows rAT doesn’t know shit about the Birkebeiner that doesn’t come up in the first 2 google links, Mitch.

I was all ready for our big team shred at Giants Ridge. I wasn’t kidding. But of course, he’ll never get any closer than his couch.

He’s a fucking liar first, and a liar last.

  25. Yo, Dullee, I disagree with Emery on any number of issues, but he correctly named the differences in terrain from Cable to Seeley, and then from Seeley to Hayward, and the road where the Kortie is started. They key question for Emery is how many shots he accepted along the way–the race sometimes resembles little so much as the world’s longest block party, and I warned my kids that the combination of a skinny kid and a few shots could be disastrous in the bridge over highway 63 at the end of the race.

Back to the subject, it would be very interesting to see anti-gun liberals’ response to that picture, and, for that matter, what it means about the “Indian Health Service” and their orthodontic care. Let them know that their predecessors in their beliefs thought that that AK was super cool while at the same time, the bodies were being laid up like cordwood in Chinese rice paddies, and they’d been laid up like ice sculptures in Siberia. What DO they think about this?

  26. Well, Mr. Bubble I’m sure 🐀 is happy to have another 🐀 in the nest!

Maybe you two can hook up and concoct an epic story of team SHreDDing this weekend.

    Looking forward to your report!

  27. The Ironic thing is that the indians have been subjected to white dominance for so long that they have become parodies of themselves. The most honored by white people among them act like they are Iron Eyes Cody. “I am at one with Nature.”
Give me a f*cking break. It’s a f*cking minstrel act for the white ruling class.
I went to West High School in Minneapolis in the 70s. Huge Native American student population, like 30%. I knew those guys. Lots of Indian girls in the sophomore class, not so many in the senior class because they could make money hooking. Indians would come down to Minneapolis from the reservation, party til they got in trouble, then run back to the reservation.

  28. BTW, 🐀 bubble, I can accurately describe the terrain in snow valley at Bear Valley ski resort in Arnold, CA. Although I have not skied there for 20 years.

And I could do it without Google.

You’re an idiot. Your fellow 🐀 needs better cover.

  29. Also, 🐀 bubble….I’m sorry to hear that your kids are alcoholics.

    Thoughts and prayers. 🙏

  30. I don’t have a prejudice against blacks or asians, but I really don’t like Indians who turn themselves into Native American peacocks. Being an Indian is a costume you put on, as Peggy Flanagan has done.

  31. Say 🐀 bubble? Do you think you’re kids can sober up enough to fight for buttsex, degeneracy, child trafficking and money laundering in Ukraine?

    I hope so…🙏

  32. AIUMMP, I have a tough time slagging native Indians for doing anything that destabilizes Weimerica. In fact, I applaud and encourage them….looking forward to fighting with them.

  33. Speaking of ugly black rifles, has anybody been keeping up on gun control changes? A guy at the rifle range says it’s no longer legal to buy an 80% lower, mill it yourself, and buy the parts to assemble a ‘ghost gun’ having no serial numbers or federal registration. Is that true?
