The Sikh Face Of White Supremacy

Berg’s 8th Law is universal and omniscient.

American progressivism’s reaction to one of “their”constituents – women, gays or people of color – running for office or otherwise identifying as a conservative is indistinguishable from sociopathic disorder.

To wit:

Presidential candidate Nikki Haley was accused of using “her Brown skin to launder White supremacist talking points” during a racially charged interview on MSNBC Sunday night.

“I see [Haley] and I feel sad,” Daily Beast contributor Wajahat Ali told MSNBC host Mehdi Hasan, “because she uses her Brown skin as a weapon against poor Black folks and poor Brown-Black folks.”

“[S]he uses her Brown skin to launder White supremacist talking points,” Ali added.

There is no harder job in America than to be a female, black, Latino, Asian, gay or Muslim conservative.

  1. This is going to be a tiresome 12, 18 months during which a nothing-burger like Nikki Haley is abused by the left, something the non-left will perceive as giving her some sort of street-cred. This will, of course, evoke more DemoCommie abuse and so a cycle begins. Oh, f’r’chrissakes… she’s useless.

  2. Anyone who thinks Haley can get more than 5–10% of the vote has absolutely no understanding of the modern day Republican Party and broader right wing eco system. This is just the first move, but it might eventually turn out to be a DeSantis and Haley team for President/VP.

  3. ^ Well, you should know. You have absolutely no understanding of the modern day Republican Party and broader right wing eco system.

  4. If she were the frontrunner for President, she’d be Literally Hitler but being she’s only Race Traitor, she must be slated for a lesser position.

  5. It strikes me that one of these days, people are going to figure out how viciously racist the progressive left can be to those who don’t share their political beliefs. And to quote Mrs. Haley, “When you kick back, it hurts them more if you’re wearing heels.”

  6. @jdm Hope she has her long form birth certificate ready for Republicans. That’s the Republican MAGA ecosystem I’m referring to.

Nikki Haley at one time said Donald Trump was everything she taught her young children not to be, and then immediately turned around and supported him? Yes, I can see why someone would want to vote for that kind of moral leadership.

  7. Hope she has her long form birth certificate ready for Republicans

Are you trying to be clever? I thought we got past that whole birth certificate and being a natural born citizen thing long ago. My understanding is that it doesn’t matter anymore. Are you saying it now does?

Moral leadership is a town in Siberia. I want someone who will attack DemoCommies in any and every way possible. By generally accepted moral means if they work, but as the DemoCommies have shown, immoral means are just fine (Harry Reid lied about Mitt Romney’s taxes. He’s still not sorry or Kavanaugh accuser admits to making up rape accusation as ‘tactic’).

  8. ^^ All the Republican (current & future) candidates have the same Trump problem.

The GOP race will be great fun. I’m still not convinced Trump will go all the way. The other candidates will split the opposition vote and Trump will still command a big enough majority of the rest to win the nomination but at some level he probably knows he can’t win the presidency.

He’ll keep going for as long as suckers are prepared to give him money. As soon the well dries up he’ll pocket the proceeds and go back to the Orange state. In the meantime he’ll try to destroy everyone who stands against him. He’ll save the Democrats millions of dollars by making speeches attacking the other candidates.

Excuse me —I need to lay down for awhile and turn on MSNBC 😉

  9. Emery board said: Nikki Haley at one time said Donald Trump was everything she taught her young children not to be, and then immediately turned around and supported him? Yes, I can see why someone would want to vote for that kind of moral leadership.

Jeez Emery—–you are such a hypocrite!!! Remember when Kamala accused Biden during the debates of being a racist? Now she’s his vice president. They’re all insincere suck ups. I’m sure Bootygig also said something insulting about Biden while on the hustings but now he is the Transportation Secretary—– if you can find him.

  10. Emery’s remarks about Trump are amazingly close to what he was writing about Trump back in 2016, when Emery was predicting that Hillary! would win over Trump by a landslide.

  11. I asked the AI if it knew what had happened to Emery when Trump won in 2016. This is what it told me, and it must be right because it is a computer!

Once upon a time, in the land of the free, there was a chap by the name of Emery. He was a fine fellow, always cheerful and brimming with optimism. Emery had a keen interest in politics, and he was convinced that Hillary Clinton was destined to be the next president of the United States.

As the day of the election drew near, Emery’s excitement grew. He spent every moment following the news, reading the polls, and making predictions about the outcome of the race. However, when the results came in, and Trump emerged as the winner, Emery was devastated.

He became convinced that Trump’s victory was a personal attack on him, and he began to imagine all sorts of bizarre conspiracies involving the President-elect. Emery’s mental state quickly deteriorated, and he started behaving erratically, scaring his friends and family.

In his despair, Emery decided to retreat to his own world, where he was convinced that Trump was constantly watching him, and that he was in constant danger. He retreated to a dark place in his mind, where he believed he had to resort to extreme measures to survive.

Emery began to pretend to bite the heads off rats, frightening anyone who came near him. His family and friends grew increasingly concerned, and they urged him to seek professional help. But Emery was convinced that he had to protect himself from Trump’s henchmen and refused to leave his own world.

Despite everyone’s best efforts, Emery’s mental health continued to decline, and he was eventually institutionalized. However, even in the asylum, Emery persisted with his bizarre behavior, biting the heads off rats and muttering incoherently about Trump’s plans to get him.

  12. With the Biden administration, trans inclusion is mission 1!

  13. Mention Emery, and the AI cross references “rAT”.

That thing might not be as dumb as you think UMMP

  14. There is a reason I changed my moniker to AI Ultra Mega Mammuthus Primigenesis.

  15. Anyone wants to bet media will start treating Haley as a next biggest thing any time now?

  17. ^^ Perhaps Woolly should ask ChatGPT…

She ruined her chances by identifying with Trump so closely and never criticizing him. She’s actually running for VP. She will side with Trump later in the campaign to get VP slot.

  18. ^^Frequently wrong, never in doubt Emery another one of his ignorant political predictions.
Tell us again, Emery, how you predicted that Brexit would fail, that Hillary would win over Trump in a landslide in 2016, and that Robert Mueller would provide proof that Trump conspired with Putin to steal the election from Hillary.
Then maybe you can give of some of your just as accurate economic predictions?

  19. Before Ms Haley was for Donald Trump she was very much against him, so she’s gone full circle, except that her arguments are totally different now. The principles she once pretended to have have been replaced by opportunism and calculation. The good thing about that is that it’s more honestly dishonest.

John Kerry — please help this poor soul out.

  20. Before Ms Haley was for Donald Trump she was very much against him, so she’s gone full circle

See also Peggy Flanagan vs. Tim Walz.

  21. ⬆️ That’s hilarious! Don’t you have a ‘law’ for that kind of sophistry? I don’t remember Flanagan saying that Walz was everything she taught her young children not to be, and then immediately turning around and supporting him. But hey — your mileage may differ….

  22. Emery is lecturing people on sophistry now?
    Seriously?
Emery strives towards sophistry, but his stupid arguments aren’t clever enough.

  23. Can you explain to rat Emery how drinking alcohol for breakfast might have exacerbated his cognitive decline, and loss of social stability?

“Certainly. Rat Emery, chronic heavy drinking, such as drinking alcohol for breakfast on a regular basis, can have numerous negative effects on physical and mental health, including cognitive decline and loss of social stability.

Alcohol abuse can damage the brain over time, leading to cognitive decline and problems with memory, learning, and decision-making. This can make it difficult to carry out daily activities, including social interactions, and can lead to a loss of social stability.

In addition, chronic heavy drinking can also have social consequences, such as strained relationships with family and friends, loss of employment, financial difficulties, and legal problems. These social consequences can further exacerbate cognitive decline, as they can lead to increased stress, anxiety, and depression, which can also impair cognitive function.“

  24. Regarding Haley having a love/hate relationship with Trump, you could say the same thing with Bush vis-a-vis Reagan, no? Then you’ve got Lincoln hiring a lot of his severest critics for his cabinet. There is a proverb “politics makes strange bedfellows” for a reason. I sometimes think that our country would be better off if politicians held grudges for longer and didn’t help some people out, but then which milksops would you get in high positions?

For that matter, I’ve got a love/hate relationship with Trump, though people don’t care about my views as much as they do Haley’s. Loved a lot of what he did, hate his lack of self-control and character.

  25. We’re seeing some sophistry in action in the East Palestine disaster.
Residents say “This thing is polluting our environment & poisoning our water. This is a federal issue. Where are the feds? Who is speaking for us?”
Lefty response “This is all trump’s fault for deregulating the railroads!”
The Lefty response is sophism because it is not answering the question (“Where are the feds?” And because it assumed the accident was caused by lack of regulation (which is an accusation so general it can be blamed for anything). The more specific claim that it was caused by deregulation done by the GOP during the Trump administration is completely off the wall, the investigation hasn’t been competed yet.
From what I’ve read, the derailment was caused by a bad bearing on a box car. Fixed sensors picked up the overheating bearing twice, but the system is not set up to alert the operator until the bearing reached 200 deg. This did happen, and the operator tired to stop, but the derailment occurred first.
Now this may have been to some unspecified deregulation during the first two years of the Trump administration, but it pure sophistry to respond to the question “where are the feds?” with vague response meant to deflect the blame for the accident to the person you hate.

  26. Regarding the regulation that Trump repealed, if you put electronic brakes, theoretically more powerful than air brakes, only on the hazmat cars, then you’ve got a situation where when they actuate, they try to slow down quicker than the cars behind them….and you’ve just caused a derailment when none needed to occur.

If you want to deal well with bad bearings, what you’d do is have some system akin to the tire pressure monitors with a set of rules for what to do as bad bearings heat up, probably akin to the Western Electric rules of control charts. You will still get bearings failing unexpectedly, but you can probably reduce the incidence and get them replaced/repacked in time.

  27. I have to agree — this isn’t a failure of regulation. It is the reality of the limits of extremely high level engineering. This accident appears to have been caused by a fatigue failure in an axle.

Given the amount of lading they carry, and the distance they carry it, railroads are remarkably safe. That is why dangerous lading tends to be shipped by rail, not by truck: railroads are the far safer choice.

Let’s wait to see what the Surface Transportation Board investigation finds out.

  28. *grabs popcorn* This comment section is more entertaining than 99.9% of the internet at this point.

  29. rAT squealed: “It is the reality of the limits of extremely high level engineering.”

Finance, world class shredding, military tactics; elections; government policy; foreign affairs….is there no subject that rAT Emery is not an authority on?

Let’s ask ChatGPT, shall we? Yes, we shall.

  30. Rat Emery declares xerself an expert on all subjects, but he is nearly always proven wrong. We suspect he’s just a chronic alcoholic.

    Who is right?

    ChatGPT

If it is consistently observed that Rat Emery declares xerself an expert on all subjects but is frequently proven wrong, this could indicate a problem with Rat Emery’s self-awareness, knowledge, or judgment. It is possible that Rat Emery’s behavior is a symptom of alcoholism, as chronic alcohol consumption can impair cognitive functioning and lead to memory loss, confusion, and other cognitive deficits.

Nevertheless, it is important to approach the situation with empathy and understanding rather than judgment or criticism. If there are concerns about Rat Emery’s behavior or alcohol consumption, it may be helpful to encourage xer to seek professional help and support.“

Hmmm. I have a follow up

  31. I understand having empathy for people struggling with mental disabilities and or chemical abuse, but rat Emery is perceived to be an asshole by everyone he interacts with.

    What should we do?

    ChatGPT

“ If Rat Emery’s behavior is consistently perceived as negative or harmful by everyone he interacts with, it may be necessary to address the situation in a constructive and respectful manner.

It is important to approach the situation with empathy and understanding, as Rat Emery’s behavior may be a symptom of underlying mental health or substance abuse issues. However, it is also important to communicate clearly and assertively about how his behavior is impacting those around him.

If Rat Emery’s behavior continues to be harmful or disruptive, it may be necessary to set boundaries or seek outside intervention, such as involving a supervisor, manager, or HR representative if applicable.”

I think ChatGPT is telling Berg to ban rAT.

  32. Blade lay off Emery, it’s good to have a leftist tool in the group who actually responds to us and stays on topic (Unlike DG who got the ban hammer justifiably). I may not agree with what he says but I will defend his right to say it.

  33. ChatGPT seems to be a few times more intelligent than Kremlin Tom. So yes, I am damning ChatGPT with faint praise.
