I think you’re wrong about the Water’s importance to the band, but I don’t disagree the man is otherwise a nutjob.

Water’s anger is really a thing of itself, unmoored to any actual injustice. The world he lives in today is far more like the one he would like to live in than the world he was born into, but he seems to have gotten angrier as he has gotten older.
