  1. Unless something is done, every athletic event will be dominated by biological men.
I fearlessly predict that, since the topic of men in women’s sports has grown toxic, there will be a push (probably to ban the term “trans woman” from sports commentary. People will be forced to call them simply “woman,” no matter how obvious it is the athlete is a biological male.

  2. used to be boys who were not good enough to play varsity were b squad and rode the bench now days they put on lipstick and set records beating little girls cant think of a better definition of wuss

i can imagine the resume fit and attractive motivated high school sports star graduated college with honors on a pass fail gender queer scholarship seeks a challenging leadership position in management of social activism nonprofit

ten years from now theyll be demanding affirmative action because nobody will hire them

  3. Great, reality now matches the Babylon Bee’s announcement of Labronna James joining the WNBA, with predictable problems.

I don’t know that “trans” athletes dominating women’s sportsball will make it popular, though. I still at least have the hope that most of us get the creeps at if not eunuchs, but the process of making them, enough to not cheer too loudly when they play these games.

Bubba, why do you hate Ukrainian Freedom Fighters?

  5. The trans are after scholarships and prize money, not careers in pro sports.

  6. It ain’t the Ukrainians that are castrating and murdering captured soldiers, Swiftee. It’s your buddies fighting for Putin.

Back to the subject, I’m guessing some “trans” athletes just want college scholarships, but others (e.g. Lia Thomas and Laurel Hubbard) seem to want to get to the Olympic level, which would suggest “making a career out of it”.

I can see it now. Dad has a middle school daughter who is enthusiastic about swimming, and pretty good at it. He wants to encourage 13 year old Princess to go into competitive swimming? Who knows? Maybe she could get a scholarship. But how to show Princess what is possible for her to do?
    Then he has an idea.
The very next morning, at the breakfast table, dad shows 13 year old Princess a box of Wheaties with Leah Thomas’s picture on it, front and center!
