The Echo Chamber Comes To You

Erin Preese is gonna show the gun rights movement what for:

All right. Let’s get taken on!

I’m just going to head out to her Twitter account…:

Like an amazing number of leftist candidates, she seems to have availed herself of some mass blocking service/list. I’ve never even interacted with her…

…and I’m already cast forth from her echo chamber.

So we’ve established this: “taking on the gun lobby“ means “parenting chanting points into the echo chamber“.

  1. In other words, she’s just another woke, suburban elitist woman, looking for a do nothing job, that pays big money. I’ll bet her husband is a mamby pamby wuss.

  2. I don’t know about the big money as a MN legislator, but I’ll bet the spouse brings enough money home for little Erin to save the world. And yes, he’s probably a namby pamby wuss.

I think it’s interesting how Democrats are so good at coming up with names for their pet projects that are so manly and powerful. Demand, Take on, and the perennial fav, War on. Especially when they confuse demand with whine, take on with block, and war on with fill our pockets with government cash (baby).

  3. If only we had more guns. Then the deterrent effect would kick in and we’d have no gun violence. That’s how the story goes, right? If you want to explain America’s unique incidence of mass shootings: it’s the guns.

  4. Based on her Facebook page:

New York gun laws are too lax.
Louisana family planning laws are too strict.
Oil company profits are too large.
    Roe v. Wade is perfect.
A Minnesota public employee union supports her.
    Stonewall supports her.
    Labor unions support her.
Teachers, being frontline workers during the pandemic, deserve extra pay.

Pretty much generic DFL positions. Interestingly, there’s a website showing donations to her campaign in 2020.

If we were Liberals, we’d be calling those donors to demand, “Why do you hate White people and want them to die?” We’d be organizing protest marches outside their homes waving signs which say, “The person who lives here hates America.” When criticized, we’d explain we’re totally within our rights to express our opinions and any terroristic or intimidating effect was purely coincidental and richly deserved.

But we’re not Liberals so we won’t.

  5. Another shooting in a gun free zone in a very high gun control law state.

  6. PS: committed by a guy the FBI had their eye on. Again law enforcement fails us.

  7. You can’t trust the people with guns because they will use them to go on racist murder rampages.
Can’t let the cops have guns because they use them to shoot black people for no reason.
    I guess we are scewed.

  8. I should add that we can’t let black people have guns because they will use them to kill black people.

  9. EI, read that Buffalo nut job’s manifesto. He was either bat shit crazy or he was a tool from CIA mind control operations. The Chinese church shooter, shot it up because he didn’t think Taiwan should be separate from Red China. Who was pulling his strings?

Look for more of these events orchestrated by Pedo Joe and the DemoCommies, as we get closer to November.

  10. I can see why she’d preemptively ban gun rights advocates, but at the same time, it hardly marks her as eligible for Profiles in Courage, or capable of “mixing it up” with the gun rights lobby. I’m guessing that if elected, she simply issues a lot of proclamations and doesn’t allow dissenting voices, kinda like Twitter.

That noted, I don’t envy her, because defending the record of gun control advocates takes some serious rhetorical jujitsu and more lie than you can find in a soap factory. “Um,….just pretend that those debacles in cities, states, and countries that outright banned guns didn’t actually happen….”, or something like that.
