Help Me Decide

By Mitch Berg

Is this video (language not remotely safe for work):

a) the most piqant parody of Gen-Z angst ever, or:

b) justification for Russia to skip invading Ukraine and just seize New York, California, Washington, Oregon and Massachusetts?

Well, that depends on whether or not we can watch it, because it doesn’t seem to be attached.

  2. Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

Another victim of the collapse of low-end retail jobs.
People seem to be coming around to my informed opinion that the hard core of the woke is women who are 20-something never, married, no kids.
Look up the origin of the word “hysteria” sometime.

  3. Mr. D Says:

What’s more, the lizard almost certainly voted for Al Franken.

  4. FRESCHFISCH Says:

No money but still smokes $10 a pack cigarettes.

  5. bikebubba Says:

No money but is injecting her lizard with drugs to get it to wake up. And she hates the smell of the lizard–you can clean the cage if you like–but she’s smoking. And five will get you ten she’s voting for the guys who are sending millions of illegal immigrants north to push down wage rates and employee treatment at the places she’s qualified to work.

  6. Emery Says:

I like that she can hardly keep a straight face while reciting the lines.

    Now do Pizzagate Prosobiec videos…

Sole source of income – priceless. Somehow, I am sure daddy is picking up the cost of 99% of her expenses. MP, this snowflake would not never, EVER, consider a low-end retail job – what, scratch up them nails? Low-end retail and trade jobs are headed for extinction and those who will actually be doing them will be the new “doctors”. But not for long, I am afraid they will be replaced by robots and durable goods manufacturers will figure out how to make EVERYTHING disposable and not-fixable.

  8. gl whisler Says:

Parody, I think. Skillful use of a minimum of dialog to present an easily divined back story of modern angst?

  9. Joe Doakes Says:

I snorted and said, “That’s not real, that’s parody.” But then I stopped and said, “Wait. It’s NOT real. Is it?” Because I couldn’t be sure. Which is the test of outstanding parody: it could be real.

  10. Joe Doakes Says:

Reminds me of Godfrey Elfwick, the originator of the #WrongSkin hashtag.
It’s parody, right? It’s not real. I mean, is it?

Life with her would be cray cray, but dang if she ain’t hot in that “nutty in the head, crazy in the bed” way.

    She’s a screamer, that one.

  12. Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

Yeah, Emery missed the point, as usual.

  13. Bill C Says:

This is part of a much longer video:

I spent a few minutes skimming bits and pieces of it. I think neither the lizard Insta channel nor her angst are real. I think it is either some sort of god forsaken creative project, or a few kids crapping out video crap.

  14. Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

She is afraid to to go out and buy food, and is afraid that if she orders in, the driver will steal her sandwiches and then sex traffic her. Nothing remotely fake about that.

  15. Emery Says:

    ^ Gullible
Irony: Spending all your time calling others flailing and pathetic.

  16. Mammuthus Primigenesis Says:

I think that Emery is a fellow who goes to see a Sherlock Holmes film, and comes out convinced that good ol’ Sherlock, and his loyal side kick Dr. Watson, were the bad guys behind the murder. Not because he has some clever deep reading of the film, but because of a trauma deep in his a childhood he is convinced him that only murderers wear deer stalker caps.
How is it possible that anyone could believe that Sherlock and Watson were the good guys? It is so obvious! Sherlock wears a deer stalker cap for God’s sake!

  17. Emery Says:

I always felt if Sherlock had chosen to wear a Stormy Kromer cap it would have added to his panache.

  18. justplainangry Says:

Bill, thank you for your suffering so we do not have to. However, as had been posted on many a thread, real life is often more unreal than any logical person could fathom.

  19. Mr. D Says:

I always felt if Sherlock had chosen to wear a Stormy Kromer cap it would have added to his panache.

    Okay, that was funny.
