Shot in the Dark

ADHD

A friend of the blog emails:

The Waukesha parade killer?

The MSP Terminal 2 brawlers?

The Miami high rise collapse?

Americans left in Afghanistan?

Alec Baldwin gun accident on the movie set?

And the list goes on…

Does the media have the short attention span or is it us?

(Redacted)

Not to mention Andrew Cuomo’s concurrent slaughter of senior citizens and sex crimes, Ilhan Omar’s marriage to her brother and her spouses gravy train from her campaign funds, Umbrella Man, Jacob Frey siccing “Anti”-Fa on Trump supporters, Keith Ellison’s domestic abuse allegations, hundreds of millions of dollars defrauded from Minnesota health and human services on the DFL‘s watch, Mark Dayton‘s disappearance from the office for months at a time…

Yeah, it’s got to be us citizens.

One of the reasons why their is such a disconnect between the elites who run all of our institutions and regular Americans is that they don’t think of any of the things in the list (and many more), so they can’t imagine that regular Americans do.
    We do remember.
We remember, for example, the three year Russia Collusion hoax, the Covington High School hoax, the senseless covid lockdowns, Biden originally scheduling the Afghan withdrawal for September 11 (WTF? Seriously?). We remember the “journalists” who mocked Trump for using the excuse of “bone spurs” to avoid the draft have nothing to say about Biden’s FIVE draft deferments.
    And more, so much more.

    But….but….but… JANUARY 6th!!!!!

    MP, it isn’t a disconnect.

The elites firmly believe they can steer the collective mind by memory-holing what hurts them and trumpeting what helps them.

It worked for the Soviets, so why not here?

In other words, Orwell wrote an instruction manual.

The latest: there never was a supply chain crisis. Oh by the way, we fixed it.

Our only chance is if Doocy asks little red lying hood just what actions, specifically, they took to “fix” the problem.

    It’s magic!

If more democrats were like Manchin they would win the house, the senate and the presidency in a landslide.

Manchin may not be a Democrat much longer. Some say that if he wants to run for another term, he may switch to R. That election will be in 2024, when he will be 77 year old.
If Harris was no longer useful as senate tie breaker the contest to succeed Biden could become more interesting.
Schumer, no doubt, is being told by the radicals in control of his party that he must punish Manchin.
For some reason it is never mentioned that Biden and Schumer cannot bring liberal Republican Susan Collins on to their side.

Some things are never forgotten, and shouldn’t be.

A white cop shot a Black man by accident. She’s been convicted on two counts of manslaughter. She’s in prison without bail over Christmas and the prosecution intends to seek extra punishment because of the aggravating factors surrounding the crime (anybody want to guess what those aggravating factors are?).

2021 ends as society slides just a little bit farther down the slippery slope.

As I talk politics with friends and colleagues, I’m persuaded more and more that it’s the public’s memory that is only about two weeks, and more significantly, I think politicians on the left have learned to use this to their advantage–as soon as the old scandal is about to get legs and start people demanding real action, they bring out a new one that takes all the column-inches.

Obama did a great job of this–you’d think his Presidency was going down in flames, but he was just a master manipulator of the media cycle, so all that bad news actually pulled his fat out of the fire. They loved him, too, but if he hadn’t figured out how to manipulate the media, he’d have had a few of those scandals catch a following wind and burst into flames.

The Progressives have been working towards taking over America’s institutions since the sixties. That’s what the whole Long March Through the Institutions was all about. By infiltrating the institutions, government, media, academia, etc., they could fundamentally transform America.

They’ve pretty much succeeded in taking over the institutions. And they’re finding that they don’t have as much leverage as they expected.

The world isn’t working the way it’s supposed to.

    And they’re terrified.

The Republic whose politics are closest to Manchin’s is Donald J. Trump.
In 2018, Manchin opponent in the Democrat primary was a Bernie-supporting Dem.
Manchin won the primary by 70% to 30%. Even West Virginia Democrats love Manchin.

I actually have a first-hand account on how this happened. My cos was part of this Soros-funded infestation. But being of sound mind cos got a free MBA out of it and went on to do great things. When I visited him, I had a pleasure of joining him for one of the parties held by his former student colleagues. OMG. I did not open my mouth other than to introduce myself for fear of things escalating where somebody would get bodily hurt. But my cos engaged them at every turn – he is a big dude and much more eloquent than I. He knows multiple languages, has multiple degrees and has IQ off the charts. You cannot underestimate the damage these bastards did and are doing, all paid for directly by Soros. Unbefuckinglievable.

I hope you are right jde, I hope the day of reckoning is nigh.

The collective memory is short partly because it was scrubbed of MN Public Safety’s John Harrington’s promise to fix the DVS registration system, his equity meddling in our job market, and his legal culpability in authorizing freeway barricades for protesters, which a normal, competent MN AG, and/or our MN AG Ellison should have immediately investigated with full email evidence. Harrington is a sorely lacking Alan Page wannabe.
