  1. Silver lining: I searched for “Carly Beth” to snark about her but stumbled across this young lady’s album of piano solos.

Her style reminds me of Jim Brickman or maybe Liz Story. Glad I found her.

  2. Q. What’s the difference between Carly Beth and Kyle Rittenhouse?

    A. Carly Bath has actually committed a crime. Isn’t it illegal to incite violence against people? Sure looks like terroristic threats to me.

  3. Curious if anyone has heard anything about the jurors in the Rittenhouse trial. I mean, like revenge actions from the media (NBC) or Carly Beths.

  4. jdm,
Despite all of the threats against them, I’ve seen nothing about the jurors, but the judge is currently under 24 hour police protection. Funny! He’s a Democrat, too. Shows that no matter your political position, you can’t please the mob.
His defense attorneys said that they have received “countless death threats on both their phones and email accounts”.

  5. Imagine the death threats that Chauvins (sole) attorney must have received.
Not a word about it from the media.
It is head spiinning how fast blacks have gone from being the victims of lynch mobs to being their leaders.

  6. It’s even more head spinning how no one knows that the number of blacks killed by blacks in any given year is less that the number lynched in the history of lynching.

  7. Some media are claiming the driver was fleeing a knife fight which justifies driving through a parade of grannies at high speed, a modified form of Self-Defense in which saving your life entitles you to take innocent peoples’ lives. Completely different from taking your attacker’s life to save your own, which is what Rittenhouse did and which all Progressives condemn.

But wait – I thought knife fights were embraced as an essential part of Black culture, which is why the cops shouldn’t be concerned with them. If it’s just a childhood ritual and rite of passage, why flee?

Something isn’t right here. It’s almost as if certain people are just making up stuff.

  8. If Grosskreutz had shot and killed Rittenhouse, would he have been considered a hero by the right? After all, he confronted a man with a gun who had killed two people and was a threat to many more. And he could have claimed self defense, he testified that he had been in fear for his life.

  9. I believe the numbers are that each year, 7-9000 african-americans are killed by other african-americans, and from 1865 to the present, approximately 3400 were lynched. There were most likely other murders not counted as “lynchings”, but the difference in the numbers are stark.

Regarding the claim that the man in Waukesha was fleeing a knife attack, I guess the 72 hour rule applies here, but I’d have thought that tempered glass and sheet metal often give a good protection against knives. Heck on the paint job, but you’re probably safe. You don’t actually have to drive to avoid the problem, let alone drive recklessly.

  10. Emery,
Considering that Grosskreutz admitted that he was carrying an illegal weapon, because his permit had expired and was himself a criminal. For sure, Rosenbaum and probably Huber, should have been in prison instead of causing trouble at a riot and attacking one youth as a pack. Sorry, dumb ass, but if 3 people are attacking me, I’m justified for a deadly force response. Of course, I’m sure that you’re fine with Rosenbaum raping little boys and with Huber assaulting his girlfriend, proving that you idolize pedophiles and wife beaters.

  11. “If Grosskreutz had shot and killed Rittenhouse, would he have been considered a hero by the right? After all, he confronted a man with a gun who had killed two people and was a threat to many more. And he could have claimed self defense, he testified that he had been in fear for his life.”

To make a case of self-defense, you must satisfy ALL the elements. Fear for your life is not enough. Since you’ve been paying such close attention to the case and the law, go ahead, E, tell us what those elements are and explain why you think Grossrreutz met them.

  12. Emery, Grosskreutz fails on three instances here. First, he was concealing his weapon and had no carry permit. Crime #1. Second, he was not a reluctant participant, but was chasing Rittenhouse down with a drawn weapon. Third, he had no immediate fear of life or limb.

Maybe….actually read the criteria and process it in light of what’s knowable with video evidence?

  13. What was Grosskreutz doing? He said that he thought Rittenhouse was an “active shooter.” Even if true, did Grosskreutz believe that you are permitted to pursue the fleeing shooter and execute him?
