   Looking at this from a practical standpoint, a gun fight at the State Fair is a nightmare scenario, even if only the cops are carrying. Suppose a mass shooter picks the fair as a soft target. There could be as many friendly fire casualties as from the bad guy.

   grass and guns don’t mix. if you allow one, the other must disappear. Hmmm… is there a pattern I see in all the legalization legislation?
