Demotivator

Joe Doakes from Como Park emails:

Happy Anniversary from your friends, the right-wing accelerationists, Nazis, Umbrella Man, the Klan, Trump supporters and other deplorable people bitterly clinging to their guns and Bibles.

  1. If I’m a developer in Murderapolis, I’m looking to dump all of the properties that I’m invested in about now. I’m surprised that the ones building that apartment building that was meant to be low income housing, cleaned up the mess, then started over, especially since materials costs have risen as much as 125%. Further proof that the rat bastards that torched it, didn’t give a shit about the people affected.

  2. Where did the meme image come from?  Daily Stormer?

That’s a serious question.  “Diversity” in this context is AT BEST a dog whistle, and I don’t think that meme gets published in places where serious people write and are concerned about their public image.

  7. I don’t think the “profit” in building low-income housing is coming from the margin left after all construction expenses; there’s an assumption or agreement that the builders are going to be recognized in a meaningful way from the city coffers, regardless of what it actually costs to build (and re-build). In that regard, it doesn’t matter how often the construction and working capital get trashed, there’ll be more where that came from (assuming the city doesn’t go broke paying out legal settlements). They may ultimately realize their objective of below-market housing, but it’s not a sustainable model, especially if the building costs exceed the costs of building market rate units where the developers have to keep a fine eye on every expense.

  8. I’m surprised that the ones building that apartment building…

Boss, why are you surprised? It is being paid for with your money, regardless of the cost. Those “ones” were probably supplying accelerator materials to the mob. If only there was anyone interested enough to follow the money, you know, journalists.

  9. Where did the image come from?

The burning building? It was, literally, in all the papers.

    The demotivator itself? Search me.

As to the “dog whistle-y-ness” of “Diversity”? That might be worth an entire ‘nother post.

  10. I was talking about the meme. Who made it and who traffics in it would be very revealing, I’d guess.

“Diversity” is basically a stand in euphemism for black people, people of color, etc. So without any other context the meme calls rioting and destruction an attribute of black people, people of color, etc.

I’ve said it before, you ought to be more careful with this stupid shit Joe sends you.

  11. “Diversity” is basically a stand in euphemism for black people

Mostly among progs who want to assure each other they know what “conservatives” think.

I mean, sure – among some, that’s true. Among others, “diverse” is shorthand for “Better than organically white” (but never organically any other ethnicity, for some reason).

“Diversity” is a little like “woke”, “vibrant” and “politically correct” – worn out by overuse, misuse and abuse.

  12. [Clown nose on] Geez, don’t be such a wet blanket. It’s just a demotivator. Everybody knows they’re not serious, they’re funny. Lighten up! [Clown nose off]

Not surprized Kraephammer is big backer of guilt by association. Next he’ll hot you an ad hominem attack.
Unless he really is Dr Stunk’s sock puppet. JK sure get’s modded a lot.

  14. You say ‘guilt by association’. I say ‘if it walks like a duck, its a duck’.

I’m not Strunk. I’m the man who broke Strunk.

  15. “Where did the meme image come from?” It’s essential to know because he/she/they/it must be doxxed and canceled immediately, busloads of thugs sent to their homes, tires slashed, windows smashed, employers threatened, children terrified, neighbors berated, pour encourager les autres.

What other reason could there be for repeatedly demanding it?

  16. Just what we needed — another commenter who confuses opinon and fact.

  17. “I’m not Strunk. I’m the man who broke Strunk.”

LMFAO! You rectum diving faggot. You couldn’t break my fucking toothbrush.

I just got tired of wasting my spot-on, 100% correct insights and being in the company of ignorant, low IQ Dunning Kruger patients like you and the Emery twins.

  18. BTW, I made that meme…problem, ass monkey? Too fucking bad. As usual, it’s spot on and 100% accurate.

  19. JD. I’ll pray tonight that little faggot comes around to slash my tires and break my windows. I hope he brings every lefty faggot he blows..

    Please…Krapperhammer, do it.
