Good News / Bad News

The good news: there are jurisdictions in this country where election integrity is non-negotiable.

The bad news: it’s for high school homecoming royalty elections.

While employed as an assistant principal at Bellview Elementary School in the same county, [Queen candidate’s mother Laura Rose] Carroll accessed the school district’s internal system to cast fraudulent votes for her daughter [Emily Rose Grover] so that she would win, officials said. The investigation began in November when the Escambia County School District reported unauthorized access into hundreds of student accounts, according to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement.

Investigators found that in October, hundreds of votes for the school’s homecoming court were flagged as fraudulent, the news release said. There were 117 votes from the same IP address within a short period of time, the investigation found.

Ms. Grover and her mother face up to…

…are you ready for this…

16 years in prison for rigging a high school homecoming royalty vote.

The FBI agent that presented false information to a FISA court, leading to a fraudulent FBI investigation that contributed materially to the rage that led to much of the electoral BS of this past eight months? He got probation.

And five’ll get you ten that school requires voter ID next year.

  1. I think the headline (Florida Teen Charged as Adult in Rigged Homecoming Election) is somewhat misleading. It does not appear Grover is being prosecuted JUST for rigging the homecoming queen election. (One might think expulsion would be punishment enough for that offense if that was the only offense.) It seems she is being prosecuted for illegally accessing and then disclosing students’ private information multiple times and was ultimately caught when she used that illegal access to rig the homecoming election.

I do commend the school for actually finding evidence of fraud — as opposed to making baseless claims about fraud and a stolen election.

  2. It’s not over yet. She may still walk. The courts may refuse to hear the evidence citing ‘standing’ or ‘laches’ or some other made-up excuse to avoid doing their duty. There’s plenty of precedent for doing that in election cases.

  3. Don’t worry, E-baggers. Even if they find it, the Biden DOJ will impound it and the courts will refuse to hear about it so your buddy Kamala will remain in charge meaning you shot at being appointed Ambassador to North Korea is still viable.

  4. They’re also examining the ballots for watermarks that…Trump secretly put on them. Must of been what he was doing while he had COVID.

Won’t be long before they are examining for Mexican agave. 🤡🤡👍

  5. It would be comical if they found a bunch of ballots bearing watermarks. Official ballots do not have them so any which do, must be fake. And why would any ballots have watermarks? Perhaps because the Democrat interns marking them used ordinary copy paper instead of official Arizona ballot paper, never suspecting anyone would check?

A better question is: why DON’T official ballots get printed on paper having an “official ballot” watermark?

  6. Imagine the mischief one can do by tossing a handfull of bamboo fibers in a dropbox….

Actually, what happened here was that all Democratic ballots were taken by The Shadow to the Far East, where they learned timeless secrets of how to appear legitimate to the naked eye.

  7. Tater isn’t bright enough to see this anyway, but not all lefties are stupid. However, from DEEP inside their bubble they can’t see just how horrible the optics are of claiming a blowout and then hiding the scoreboard.

Stop talking about the election, stop it right now! Stop looking at al the election laws changes, stop looking right now, stop it!

It was the cleanest most honestest election in forever and ever amen, so don’t go looking at, um stuff, because, um, it was clean and honest. If you go looking you, um, might find stuff, I mean UNDERMINE THE REPUBLIC ITSELF.

  8. Emery is trying to run cover for the misdeeds of his party. Like all criminals, the Democrats are doing what every criminal does after they get caught, proclaim their innocence. He is so brainwashed that he makes fun of the efforts to find the truth, because he knows that there was fraud. Answer one question, Emery. If everything was on the up and up and it was the most secure election ever, why are the DemocRATs hiring tons of lawyers to stop the audits that should prove their claims? Why hasn’t Dominion not opened their machines for inspection, instead suing people that called them out? What are they afraid of? Getting caught? Having their massive violations of laws and the Constitution exposed? Sorry, dumb ass, but the fact that these criminals and traitors are engaging in more crimes, says it all. They are scared shitless, but, as JD said earlier, since there is no integrity left within the Administration, they will cover it up.

  9. . . . not like in 2016, which was obviously stolen because Trump and Putin colluded to steal the election by hacking into voting machines and buying $250k in facebook ads that said mean things about Hillary!

  10. The AZ audit is feeding the radicalized GOP base whatever crackpottery will keep them energized.

  11. The dude who still believes that Trump colluded with Putin to still the 2016 election has no business calling other people crack pots.

  12. “Judge Amy Berman Jackson said in a ruling that the misleading statements were similar to others that William P. Barr, the former attorney general, had made about the Mueller investigation.” ~ NYT

Barr was hired to close the Mueller investigation and bury the results. Which is exactly what he did.

  13. Crackpot “Russian Collusion” true believer ↑↑
Part of the “crack pottness” is random quotes that the crackpot believes support his/her position, but no one else can see the connection.
It’s a mental illness, related to paranoid schizophrenia.

  14. Mueller couldn’t find Russian collusion, sez the ABA, but Emery has.
By thinking about it really, really hard.
Totally unable to analyze an issue with the plain truth right in front of him, yet lectures others on their “crackpot beliefs.”
    Total nutcase.

Mueller finds no collusion with Russia, leaves obstruction question open

Special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation did not find sufficient evidence that President Donald Trump’s campaign coordinated with Russia to influence the United States’ 2016 election and did not take a clear position on whether Trump obstructed justice.”

  15. Woolly = Pseudo Epidemiologist, Neurologist, Immunologist and now — Psychiatrist.

Bamboo, secret watermarks — the shear buffoonery is something to behold. And you’re in the thick of it.

Looking forward to your next ‘hot take’.

  16. I am not any kind of immunologist, epidemiologist, or neurologist (?), nor have I ever claimed to be one.
You don’t have to use anything other than common sense to spot a crackpot.
I said, early on, that the “Russian collusion” accustation was not going to go anywhere, and I knew simply applying the rules of common sense.
Being a crackpot, Emery rejected common sense in favor of his own overwrought imagination. He saw evidence where there was none, he dismissed evidence that he should not have.
So, it comes as no surprise, he came to an incorrect conclusion — to which he adheres to this very day, two years after Mueller admitted that he had found no proof that Trump colluded with Putin to “meddle” in the 2016 election, Emery is convinced that the proof is there . . . somewhere . . . hidden away . . . it can’t be seen . . . it can’t be shown to exist . . . but it is there!, says Emery. He knows it!

  17. Despite your rhetoric, there have been fewer than two dozen charged cases of voter fraud since the 2020 election.

Trump said back in July that all the votes must be counted by the end of election day. He also said there’d be heavy fraud with mail-in ballots. Some of the red states prohibited absentee ballots from even being pre-processed before election day, which meant no one could even do the signature match or remove the ballots from their two envelopes until the morning of election day. In those states, of course the mail-in ballots took several more days to count, allowing Trump to claim any results that were reported after the end of election day were fraudulent.

It worked the first time in 2016 when Trump said that busloads of people were going to NH to vote illegally. He was lying then and is still lying.

Given how far back Trump telegraphed this plan, it’s clear that this was his intention all along. I suspect he knew he’d be defeated in a fair election, in spite of his narcissism.

    Are you talking to me?
Have I claimed that there have been more than two dozen charged cases of voter fraud since the 2020 election?
    Nope.
You wrote a nonsense statement. It is so incoherent it isn’t even wrong, because it is meaningless.

  19. The 2020 Presidential election clearly Was Not stolen. It’s impossible to steal an election. Only an idiot would believe it.

The 2016 Presidential election clearly Was stolen. It’s a snap to steal an election. Only an idiot would deny it.

I still need a few more impossible thing to believe before breakfast. Any ideas?

  20. Do you believe this feverish nonsense will help the Republicans regain Congress and the WH? Why lie about the 2020 election when you could be talking about what the ‘woke left’ wants to do?

This could be a valuable study in how easily programmed our dumbest citizens can be. So you have to give Trump (or his handlers) credit. They proved that without evidence or facts you can get people to believe you.

  21. Why not? According to you, it worked for Democrats. They lied about Russian collusion in the 2016 election long enough the Garden supposedly won in 2020. Why would Republicans abandon a proven strategy?

  22. They proved that without evidence or facts you can get people to believe you.
Says the guy who believed the media when it told him Hillary would win by a landslide, and who STILL BELIEVES in the thoroughly investigated and debunked “Russian collusion” hoax.
You can’t tell shit from shinola, Emery. Everyone knows it.

  23. “The summary letter the Department [DOJ] sent to Congress and released to the public late in the afternoon of March 24 did not fully capture the context, nature, and substance of this office’s work and conclusions. There is now public confusion about critical aspects of the results of our investigation. This threatens to undermine a central purpose for which the Department appointed the Special Counsel: to assure full public confidence in the outcome of the investigations.” ~ Robert Mueller

The DOJ has a long-standing policy that prevents federal prosecutors from charging the president with a crime.

“We, at the outset, determined that, when it came to the president’s culpability, we needed to go forward only after taking into account the OLC opinion that indicated that a sitting president cannot be indicted,” ~ Mueller Report

“The indictment or criminal prosecution of a sitting President would unconstitutionally undermine the capacity of the executive branch to perform its constitutionally assigned functions.”

  24. Emery gives you blather. And when you get tired of that blather, he heaps on more blather.
Here is what the American Bar Association says about the Mueller report:
“Mueller finds no collusion with Russia, leaves obstruction question open”
    https://www.americanbar.org/news/abanews/aba-news-archives/2019/03/mueller-concludes-investigation/

Since Emery believes that he has proof of the Trump campaign colluding with Russia to steal the 2016 election, perhaps he might shoot an email to Mueller and explain to him where he screwed up?

  25. Don’t drag me down into your personal hell.

“If we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so. ~ Robert Mueller

    Mueller made three important points:
    1. It wasn’t a witch hunt.
    2. There is a process for removing a President and his report provides the necessary evidence.
    3. Contrary to what Trump has said repeatedly, the people that worked for Mueller were of the highest integrity.

  26. Guilty until proven innocent! You aren’t an American, are you, Emery?
Funny thing about these conspiracy theorists — the best way to defeat them is just to let them run their mouths.
Tell us again about all the “connections” between the Trump campaign and Putin, Emery. Trump married two women born in satellite states of the old USSR, you know.
Also he sold some condos to Russian crime figures. I think.
Wasn’t the old theory? That Trump laundered Putin’s money? Keep digging, Inspector Javert, your right on his tail!
Your first clue that Mueller was given a fool’s errand was that he wasn’t investigating a criminal action, Mueller was supposed to use his office to find one. Any crime, really.

  27. Woolly— I’ve been trolling you on Trump/Russia/Mueller for how long (years) now?

    Get a clue — don’t be a tool. 🤡

  28. It is amazing that there are Trump supporters dumb enough to believe the AZ recount has some validity. Trump is so foolishly he thinks this recount will overturn the election and make him President.

  29. Emery, ever notice how much of your criticism of Trump consists of reading his mind?
When you wander away from empirical info you make mistakes.
I am here to help, Emery. I am a helper, it is what I do.

  30. Trump/Russia means nothing to me. I’m still living rent free in your head. Lots of room, not much in here.
