  5. Not since Trump got in Bill. The proof I have is the tax cuts last year, Trump passed that. The old GOP would have not gotten it passed. Trump is a wiinner and gets stuff done.

  7. When the names Kushner, Whitaker and McConnell appear in the same article, despite the good intentions, questions and doubts arise. Sentencing reform, yes, under Trump and the Republicans, not so sure

    The problem with Trump is that he says he “supports” a lot of ideas only to veto them when they are put in front of him to sign into law.

    If congress comes up with a reasonable prison reform bill and gets the bill to Trump , will he sign, or will he cross it out?

    The effects of Trump’s tax cuts will fizzle out — arguably, they have already. All that will be left behind is a ballooning deficit, which has already increased by 17%, from $665 billion to $779 billion, under Trump.

    The blacks that have grabbed the golden ring of middle class living that the white majority have been waving in front of their noses for 30 years are *starting* to vote GOP.

    The 25-30% that rely on crime to supplement their monthly welfare, Sec 8 and SNAP handouts either A) Don’t vote or B) Vote Democrat. Cutting them loose from prison early isn’t going to change that.

    This development is straight up BS. It’s a diversion; we’re not supposed to notice that the Wall is dead, and that his promise to issue an Executive Order rescinding birthright citizenship was a campaign ploy.

    The lame duck GOP congress (good riddance you worthless fools) is trying to trade DACA for the Wall; it’s not gonna happen. The Democrats will not even consider that compromise, which should give Trump all the ammo he needs to rescind DACA; the SCOTUS is waiting for a chance to rule in his favor.

    But I doubt he will do even that.

  10. All that being said, Trump has delivered on the issue I voted for him. We have a strong Constitutional conservative SCOTUS, and with any luck at all, Trump will get another pick in a year or two; Ginsberg is running out of gas, fast.

    So, I’m still happy with my investment.

  11. One last thing; the only African American’s are those that migrated here legally from the African continent, and got citizenship. That includes lots of white South African Boers escaping the genocide developing there.

    Blacks that were born here are Americans who are black.

    Let’s not feed the leftist, black nationalist propaganda machine.

    Economies arent comparable dude, back then we had just dealt with a oil embargo and Nixon had just taken us off the gold standard (a genius or moronic move depending on who you talk to) and inflation was damn near 20% back then. Its now 3% and has been since basically the 1987 crash that ALMOST went 1929 on us but was stopped before we went over the cliff.

  14. POD, the only polls that matter are the ones we drop ballots into. Blacks ain’t dropping them for the GOP. Going to take decades of prosperity for them to learn they don’t need handouts from the government, and there ain’t no such thing as free stuff.
