IS there any part of the Constitution and the the Bill of Rights that the Left Fascists (I’m lookin’ at you, DG) don’t hate?
MP: Amendments 13-15, but specifically the 14th Amendment. Even more specifically, the Due Process clause and the magical part referring to a right to privacy that included infanticide.
Other than that? Nah.
The 14th is really badly written and the case law is terrible. It’s all over the map. Clearly, any reasonable interpretation of the constitution would rank the amendments numerically by their importance. Only the first ten amendments are the Bill of Rights. The Fourteenth should never trump the First or Second. If you don’t like the First or Second amendent, repeal it.
“Constitutional Law Professor” Barack H. Obama was actually a part-time lecturer on the 14th amendment. It is the Statist’s favorite, because it can be interpreted to mean anything. It can and has been argued that “unequal distribution of property” is a result of unequal application of the law, which is illegal according to the 14th.
I’m lookin’ at you, DG
She’s not looking back. I finally shut down her account.
Not for pooping and running. Not for being condescending but universally wrong, and wrong about the same things, over and over and over at immense length.
No, she took a really dumb swipe at my family. Which is just about the only thing I never forgive, much less forget.
I knew she was a couple of Bud’s short of a twelve pack when she posted her bizarre story about infiltrating a GOP caucus and lecturing them on the non-existence of voter fraud. If only she had remembered to bring her printouts!

Yeah, I know what you’re talking about.
Clearly, any reasonable interpretation of the constitution
Well, there’s your problem right there. It’s been decades since the left has had a reasonable interpretation of the constitution.
No, she took a really dumb swipe at my family.
I can just imagine.
“No, she took a really dumb swipe at my family.”
Sounds like her (at least more recently): rude, mean, and dumb.

Note that the “antifa” retards have no problem with a small group of politically inclined intelligence agencies secretly spying and gathering intel on a presidential candidate.
Remember, as well, that the only president of the US to resign was toppled from office by an FBI official who used his privileged position to leak to the press. And Mark Felt didn’t do it because he had a problem with Nixon’s politics — Felt leaked because he was pissed at being passed over as FBI chief, a position requiring great trust.
Fargin’ Lefty retards. God help us, we have the worst intellectual class in history.
MP, using libturds and “intellectual class” in the same sentence is an oxymoron.
This seems like a good time to remind people that the only presidential candidate under FBI investigation in the lead up to the election was named Hillary Clinton.
