If there had been Twitter back in 350 BC, the Spartans would have been great. When Philip II of Macedonian wanted to conquer Laconia, he sent the Spartans a message: Submit once, for if I bring my army into your land, I will destroy your farms, slay your people, and raze your city.

Yes i did. It’s about as “bigoted and offensive” as South Park; it’s clearly satire.
As compared to racist flavor-of-the-month Linda Sarsour, who is as serious as a hemorrhoid.
