Unless you’re in Chicago, Flint, Detroit, North Minneapolis, Stockton or Baltimore. Then it’d look just about the same.

No. If you take away fraud and dead people voting, things in Chicago, Flint, Detroit, North Minneapolis, Stockton or Baltimore would look very different indeed.
