Colion Noir (Collins Iyare Idehen, Jr) is a lawyer and member of the Texas State Bar. He has some interesting thoughts on the Castile shooting case that provokes some thought. Like many he believes that the shooting was senseless.

“As a lawyer, Noir said, he understood why it was difficult to secure a manslaughter conviction in the Castile case. But as a young black man, he was outraged. “It’s not a clear-cut case,” he said. “It’s not. [But] Yanez made mistakes that cost someone their life, period, and he didn’t take the steps necessary to prevent that.”

I disagree, Mitch. It’s not that the trust is complicated in this case, it’s just that McAuliffe didn’t like or want to talk about the truth since it reflected badly on him and his party.
