   Venezuela had 5000 shoulder mounted missiles – times are tough the govt is short on cash, I bet they don’t have 5000 anymore

   It strikes me that one of the enduring mysteries of the world is why the Russians (previously Soviets) gave so much hardware to people who pretty much can’t figure out which end of the goat to use. You would figure that even godless Commies would figure out “this probably will not end well”, but you would figure wrongly.
