   “Richard A. Posner is a judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit, and a senior lecturer at the University of Chicago Law School.”

   He is also on the short list for one of the 3 SCOTUS vacancies Hillery will get to fill in her first term.

   The SCourt needs to be demoted to an advisory panel.
