There’s a Youtube video out there of a 20 minute version of Purple Rain from 1985. Mitch, I think you’ll like it. Especially the last 10 minutes.
That is the one thing about Prince’s passing…..he and his lawyers aren’t monitoring Youtube anymore so you can see Prince material out there.

I found one that I may post next week of the recording of the song “Purple Rain”, live at First Avenue in 1983. It was a 13 minute version that got cut down to 8 minutes for the album, with just a few overdubs (a string quartet, mainly).
I may just post that.
