What is your evidence the shooter – who only had a pellet gun, casting some question on how much harm he intended doing — was a lefty? Because he favored increasing the minimum wage? Sorry, but plenty of people on the right also favor raising the minimum wage. (When oh when Mitch are you going to learn which UK sources are legit, and which are tabloids with no credibility — like the one you have used again, the Daily Mail, aka the Daily Fail, as it is more often referenced in the UK? I notice even the Daily Mail doesn’t claim the guy was a lefty btw.)
Sorry, but no credible news source is saying Dawson was a lefty. Or were you simply assuming that because he appears to be black?
Dawson appears to be a conservative evangelical minister who took exception to the Republican led house of representatives — as so many conservatives do. To the extent I can find any background on Dawson, he doesn’t appear to be identified as a lefty anywhere. That is another one of your claims that is sloppy and not well-sourced.
Likewise, those claims about the throwers of a sack of concrete being lefty……do you have any evidence for that other than an unsubstantiated claim from a right wing blog? “Or the moron in a parking lot with a pipe bomb” – or did you mean the RNC 8? Because the RNC8 were anti-authoritarian, and much of their agenda sounds more libertarian than lefty. Those charges were dropped with the exception of 91 days served by one guy, and not for a pipe bomb but for molotov cocktails.
I’m not seeing any legitimate news sources that make your claims, but rather a lot of information that says 2008 protesters at the GOP convention were largely peaceful, and were treated badly by law enforcement being the ones who were violent (excessively violent) suggesting there was some authoritarian behavior taking place legitimately of concern.

Doggone, gonna help you out here. Judging by his suit and his claim to be a prophet, Dawson is not conservative evangelical. He’s charismatic with a heavy hint of black liberation theology–that’s why his “spiritual” quest is a hike in the minimum wage.

Moreover, conservatives do NOT favor a doubling of the minimum wage, as we know that will hurt poor people the most. So yes, the evidence is pretty clear that Dawson inhabits the left–and judging by his previous interaction with the Capitol Hill police, he may soon inhabit a mental hospital as well.
