Just think how much more effectively Fast & Furious could have been implemented with 200 more agents to hand out guns to the cartels! The bloodbath could have been hugely amplified rather than just embarrassingly increased!
Other than that, the mental health thing might be good, if it were really for mental health treatment and not for administrators studying what to do next.
