Wishful Thinking
By Mitch Berg
Nancy Pelosi is projecting again:
I have concerns about some of the language that is being used because I saw … I saw this myself in the late ’70s in San Francisco,” Pelosi said, choking up and with tears forming in her eyes. “This kind of rhetoric is just, is really frightening and it created a climate in which we, violence took place and … I wish that we would all, again, curb our enthusiasm in some of the statements that are made.”
Funny thing about Republican enthusiasm; it may be boistrous, but nobody gets hurt.
It’s Pelosi’s team that is behind every single act of political violence in America today.

Mitch lied: “It’s Pelosi’s team that is behind every single act of political violence in America today.”
By “today” I guess you mean “Friday, Sept. 18. So far.”
Kinda doubt it, but maybe. If you mean anything more sweeping by “today,” Angryclown will quote one of the more subtle rhetoricians from your side:
“You lie!”

I nominate Nancy Pelosi for the Emmy for Daytime Drama.

That’ll be quite an achievement, considering you guys are all “Oh the humanity!” every time a union member shoves some loud-mouth wingnut.

Ever been in a union, angry clown?
You seem to know so little about them.

Angryclown is shop steward for Local 6969, International Brotherhood of Ill-Tempered Clowns.

Well, stay away from the SEIU, Clown. I think Breitbart has them in the crosshairs. They’re a lot like ACORN. Whole lotta dirt there & no shortage of disgruntled members who will be happy to point the finger. Andy Stern ain’t Jimmy Hoffa. He’s more like Gus Hall.

“International Brotherhood of Ill-Tempered Clowns”? Talk about your umbrella organization! I wonder which party their contributions supported?

Unemployment rates by state:
NY 8.6
NJ 9.6
CA 12.1
TX 8.2
OK 6.4
KS 7.7
These data prove that blue staters enjoy more free time than red staters.
Where’s my grant?

Night Rider said: “Talk about your umbrella organization!”
It’s a little, tiny, multicolored umbrella.

Is John Murtha the President?

Kinda doubt it, but maybe. If you mean anything more sweeping by “today,” Angryclown will quote one of the more subtle rhetoricians from your side:“You lie!”
Ah, Clown. Just as “sufficiently advanced technology will seem indistinguishable from magic”, so analysis far beyond the reader’s level, since it calls for recognition of truths the reader doesn’t yet understand – which is a quick, but mistaken, step to being a “lie” if you’re so inclined.
Yep. There are a few people with links to the GOP or to conservative causes – the guy in Pittsburgh, the guy who shot the infanticidalist – who flip out and do awful things. There are a few others – McVeigh and Von Brunn – who are linked to neo-Nazi ideologies which have *nothing* to do with American poltitics at all but which are linked to the American right by a left wing and media that at best are too lazy to know better and at worst are too focused on slandering the right to care much about fine points like “honesty”.
None of them acted under orders from, or under the direct encouragement of, any conservative leadership at any level. None.
In the meantime, the SEIU thugs who were beating and stomping people at the Town Hall meetings were there at the behest of an organization that is inextricably tied with the left.
For that matter, a one-man wave of violence – he blindsided a 65 year old man heckling at a Howard Dean rally, he asssaulted a talk radio producer – is now a “Senator”. The International ANSWER thugs who show up at demonstrations all over the place are pretty closely tied to the same far left that keeps Nancy Pelosi in power.
So when you say “you lie” – well, it’s an understandable error. But what you really mean is “you’re right, but I just don’t know it yet”.
I’m happy to help. Always.

Wow, it took you awhile to come up with a disingenuous post distinguishing the oh-so-terrible shoving matches involving a couple of union members from the not-worth-noticing politically inspired right-wing murder sprees. But you’ve done just about what Angryclown expected. The very obvious far-right violence has nothing – nothing! – to do with you peace-loving conservative types. Meanwhile anybody to the left of Dick Cheney who commits a crime is acting under the direct, personal orders of Nancy Pelosi.
It’s not that you can’t tell the difference between right and wrong, fact and fiction that makes you the bad guys. It’s that you don’t care to.

Don’t you have a senate seat to fill somewhere, Mr. Clown?

Wow! Who put the bran in angryclowns cereal this morning? He’s amazingly full of [$#!+] today.
