Disappointment

When I first saw this illustration…:
… I thought for a brief moment that there was an event that involved bicyclists chasing after fleeing packs of terrified runners through the streets of Minneapolis.
Upon further reading, I see it’s just a duathlon.
Opportunity lost.

It looks very apocalyptic, as if Dear Leader had finally succeeded in destroying our nation’s institutions and Methodists were rampaging through the streets. Is it Presbyterians on the bikes?

This made me laugh Mitch, thanks.
Strangely though, for some reason this reminded of the “Run Hillary, Run!” bumper sticker with the instructions: Democrats, place on the rear bumper, Republicans, place on the front bumper…
…and I laughed again…
