   It goes like this:
   Only the central state truly represents the will of all of the people. Other institutions, like Churches, unions, trade associations, community organizations, and local governments, represent only self-interested groups that seek to advantage themselves at the cost of all of the people. There fore, all organisations, societies, governments, businesses, etc., that stand between the people and the central government must be eliminated or become instruments that carry out central government policy.
   “All within the state, nothing outside the state, nothing against the state.”
