He fatally shot one of the robbers, a 15-year-old known gang member who was already the victim of another non-fatal shooting on August 1.
The teen had previously been charged with armed robbery, auto theft, theft, and fleeing.

Police have arrested another two 14-year-old males, a 16-year-old male, a 17-year-old female, and an 18-year-old male.
Police say this particular group is responsible for multiple armed robberies that have recently hit Milwaukee. Police say the group may be responsible for “dozens” of robberies over just the past three days.
“This is criminals that are running around the city creating opportunities for them to rob people all over and this was just the timing,” Alderman Jose Perez said. “This has nothing to do with the district or the neighborhood.”
Deaths are rarely a good thing.
But better the bad actors than the good ones. Sorry to say.
A gun-grabber would say that this is the exact scenario that gun control is meant to prevent.
Another unarmed minority youth gunned down by a white guy because racism. Wayne LaPierre might as well have beat the kid to death with his bare hands in front oh his horrified friends and family. While LaPierre cursed at them.*
*Note that these days the youth’s ethnicity and the ethnicity of the shooter can be defined as needed to suit the gun grabbers’ narrative. This is true for the meaning of “unarmed” as well.

Wow. The kid was shot just a month ago, and was still working the gangland beat at a furious pace. We are talking about serious dedication here, and I’m glad that he’s not going to be doing this anymore.
Hopefully the DA clears the bar worker and gets him his permit back soon. We are not talking, it appears, about a difficult case to figure out.

I’d be interested in seeing the addresses of these kids and district’s crime rates compared to other neighboring districts. That sure sounded like a desperate statement by the alderman to downplay any problems his district might have, as well as any reputation it might be earning.
Given that the neighborhood is about 2/3 hispanic, I’m wondering if the hispanic/black or other ethnic/racial gang wars are coming to the Milwaukee area. For their sake, I hope not, but if it is the case, I’m glad that at least one of them is off the streets for good.
