Am I the only one struck by the bitter, almost depraved, irony of the Vatican being attacked over a child sex abuse scandal and cover-up…

Hitler only claimed authority over the Catholic Church in Germany and its conquered territory.
If Hitler is mentioned in the very first word of a first comment to a post I believe it does not fall under Godwin’s Law.

They got Ghana, Bahrain, Ethiopia, Malaysia, and Saudi Arabia to sign on to that? Interesting…..
Read the document. It’s a great demonstration of how the U.N. is NOT your friend. They’re not only (hilariously) campaigning for the rights of children growing up in Vatican City (no joke), but also are pushing Vatican City to abandon its positions against homosexuality, child sex, and abortion……OK, wasn’t this whole kerfuffle about child sex, usually of a homosexual nature, and in the cases it wasn’t, wouldn’t abortion be a pretty good way of hiding the evidence? Seems that the U.N. is doing exactly the wrong thing to stop this sort of thing.
