Nice interview, Mitch. I was particularly pleased she mentioned her interest in the Second and Fourth Amendments.

JD:
Do you believe the business community will support Ms. Ortmann’s campaign? Or will the Chamber of Commerce hitch their wagons to Mr. McFadden who will likely do an end run around the nominating process.

Let’s see, I may have a little money laying around I can send her. Ooops, no, I guess not – it’s gone to pay for the Vikings stadium she supported.

I agree. Zyge’s little gift is a hard pill to swallow. I believe it was Ortmann who cajoled on TV during the planning phase, “Awww, don’t we all bleed a little purple?”
No. Particularly when we’re all bleeding red (ink). After that I swore I’d never support anyone positively connected with that shameful act of foolishness. Then we had the elections of 2012.
However, if she’s all we got we’d better get behind her. The alternative is far worse. Hopefully someone worthwhile will emerge …

You folks would be making a big mistake to reward her with your votes. Zygi’s Big Gift is a well earned yoke of shame for everyone that voted for it. Don’t dilute it’s potency by endorsing Ortmann; she’s had her chance.
