First things first: congratulations to AM1280’s Dennis Miller for chasing AM1130 out of weekday evening radio. I count that as a big win for AM1280, the little station that could.

Apropos of nothing, I’m listening to a Mpg file of Don Vogel’s last day, and Mitch is making an appearance to shoot all of Don’s characters dead. Surprised to hear Mitch call a Heckler&Koch a Hecker Koch!
I would really appreciate some inside baseball on 1130’s changes. Was Davis paid too much or something? They has a good thing going at 8pm and they are going to get killed by 1280 / Bill Bennett if they don’t keep a good local political show at 6am.
