By Mitch Berg

Today, the Northern Alliance Radio Network – America’s first grass-roots talkradio show – brings you the best in Minnesota conservatism, as the Twin Cities media’s sole source of honesty!

  • I’ll be on from 1-3 today.  I’ll be talking about my trips to the Capitol this past week, Doug Grow’s really really dumb column, why Republicans should support the Hilstrom bill, a little about Rand Paul, and a big announcment. We’ll also be talking with Twila Brase about the Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) bill, and with Dr. John Kern about the DFL’s bid to abolish teacher basic skills tests.
  • Brad Carlson is back on “The Closer” from 1-3 tomorrow.  Tune on in!

I think “Emery” threatened to blog about me last night.

  2. Mitch Berg Says:

    How so?

    And where does “Emery” blog?

  3. TheFedSucks Says:

He told me on twitter to expect a “big day. ” It’s the disinfecting blog. Like Heloeise or something.

I assume this from his special interest in “Swiftee.”

Bill: What’s the point of it all? tia

  4. Emery Says:

    Youz guyz…..

  5. Terry Says:

I host my blog on Atari 800 with a Dec 100 for a console.
I’m on a different internet. It’s actually an abandoned Telex network. I’m selling ad space. Cheap.

  6. Mitch Berg Says:

Oh, man. I used to own a Dec100. Good times.

I still own a NeXT black slab. Monitor died, though, and the original equipment is unattainable these days.

  7. swiftee Says:

People sometimes wonder what leftists would do if they attained their goal of having others foot the bill for their miserable existance.

Gleason Emery answers that nicely. After stealing our labor, they would spend every waking hour monitoring our lives.

    Talk about wastes of flesh.

  8. Terry Says:

After stealing our labor, they would spend every waking hour monitoring our lives.
    Shouldn’t that be present tense?

  9. Emery Says:

    @ swiftee

May I suggest that you find a place to share your comments that is more appropriate to your level of knowledge?

“May I suggest that you find a place to share your comments that is more appropriate to your level of knowledge?”

Emery, its not your blog!!! You don’t get to make the rules!!!! If mitch wants someone gone he’ll say so, lacking that if you are offended by swiftee perhaps you need to take your obviously, sorely wounded sensibilities to a blog where you will receive the respect and admiration you feel you richly deserve.

Oh Emery, I’ve noted over the years that swiftee doesn’t loose many battles (on the state database check Bill Gleason’s salery changes over the last few years for example)

  11. Mitch Berg Says:

I’m pretty sure Emery’s not Gleason. Not quite demented enough.

I do believe I know who it is, though. But he’s moderately well-behaved, so no biggie.

  12. Emery Says:

    @kel

I was simply riffing on Terry’s response to Mr. Swiftee’s grammatical error. I am quite aware who runs this blog. Although I’m not familiar with the references to gleason, Avidor and penegiuma (sic?) Perhaps I don’t get out much. But then again, I don’t take all this too seriously either….

  13. swiftee Says:

“But then again, I don’t take all this too seriously either….”

‘Swhat all my demented, leftist cyber-staplers say as they spend their hours riffling through the inter webs minutia in search of exciting, and heretofore undiscovered Swiftee data.

  14. swiftee Says:

    Cyber-stalkers…damn auto correct feature

  15. Night Writer Says:

No, I think “staplers” is correct. They take the latest meme and cyber-staple it to their blogs – or more often, into the comment threads of other blogs.

  16. Emery Says:

Mr. Swiftee, you seem a tad obsessed with me and absolutely infatuated with yourself. Don’t start going all ‘Brokeback Mountain’ on me now.

“You’re too much for me, [Emery], you son of a whoreson bitch. I wish I knew how to quit you.”
