Well, we should at least try to get this generally accepted.
Dog Gone, when the gist of your argument is: “The Nazis weren’t so bad,” nobody needs to invoke Godwin’s Law to end the discussion, it’s done.

This is known as the “some Jews” argument. Goyim or the selbsthassender Jude use this fallacy in the belief that because they can find a Jew that agrees with them, it proves the righteousness and sanctification of their beliefs and their cause. The BDS movement does this on a regular basis.
The ADL is just one of many Jewish Auxiliaries of the Democratic Party and the DFL. Though many in number, they do not represent “Judaism” – only that part of Jews that have adopted a center left to left wing, secularized, socio-political view of the world. On social issues, they are more Hellenists than Jews.

Wrong.
The Jews of the Warsaw Resistance had almost nothing, and yet they successfully stopped Nazis regulars for an *entire month*. If the Jews all had rifles, grenades, and enough petrol – they could have really done some damage to the Nazis. Guerilla fighting is no joke to regular troops: just ask the Russians about Afghanistan, or the Nazi soldiers who got hit by Jewish partisans in the Ukraine. The Jews of the Warsaw Ghetto, having sufficient weapons, would have booby-trapped everything in sight.
During the Battle of Stalingrad, Nazi troops attacked and tried to take a grain elevator with a battalion and tanks – *a grain elevator*. The Nazis suffered heavy losses. The Russians held out for about a week. When the grain elevator was taken, they found about 40 defenders dead.
Forty men armed with bolt action rifles and other small arms against a battalion of Nazi regulars with tanks for a week, and Jews in Warsaw held out against Nazi regulars for a month.
Now, for Madison’s Federalist Number 46:
“Extravagant as the supposition is, let it however be made. Let a regular army, fully equal to the resources of the country, be formed; and let it be entirely at the devotion of the federal government; still it would not be going too far to say, that the State governments, with the people on their side, would be able to repel the danger.”
In other words, there is the military forces of the United States.

You do the math: any authoritarian or tyrant trying to ascend to the exercise of oppression in the United States cannot: we are a republic of checks and balances, and even tyrants are not suicidal enough to disobey of Law of Cost-Benefit Analysis. Just by having tens of millions of citizens possessing arms for lawful purposes has been enough to prevent any idea of a dictatorial takeover of this country.
