Take away the celebrity, the thrilling words; what’s left?
Old Ideas masquerading as change.
This is a short campaign ad that doesn’t break any new ground in it’s content but I do think its production values are artistically relevant, submitted for your discussion.

And the surge worked.. oh, wait, no actually, it was a change in policy to COOPERATE – there were no more troops required..just stop treating the AYRABS like dirt, and listen to the local leaders – and voila’, success – will wonders never cease, but heckuva job Tommy Franks.. and Bushie.. you F’d it up for 3.5 years – but let’s lie and say the troop surge changed the battlefield when it didn’t and that we ‘have to let our troops win’ when in fact, it’s not our troops, but our cash, and our cooperation, which is winning.
But yep, McCain, who wouldn’t listen for 3.5 years, is ready to lead.
I think not.
Byron Dorgan is a nut – Barack Obama isn’t, we leave making silly associations like that to people who attempt to claim that facism is liberalism/socialism – when they put 350,000 or so social democrats, socialists, and communists – to death, who don’t admit or understand that facism represented virtual symbiotic cooperation between corporations seeking slave wages and massive profits with a hyper-militaristic, hyper-nationalistic ideology (please decribe again how liberals are EITHER hyper-militaristic or hyper-nationalistic) – or those who don’t grasp or recognize the enormous similarity between the words of Bush and McCarthy (if you’re not with us you’re against us, if you oppose anti-communism, it must be because you support communism – those who question the state are traitors), no, those all are the claims (or the wilfull oversigths) for the deluded or those out purposefully destorting.

Ay-rabs, Bushie, rethugs… it’s as if Precious Peev (the original OCD) just rolls a special set of Boggle dice from Hasbro when comeing up with comments.
Sarah must really have him flustered.

Byron Dorgan is a nut
Er, huh? On what do you base this? Are you just making this up as you go along?
I’ve met Byron Dorgan. He is a supremely sober, calculating politician. He walks a thin line, being a liberal from North Dakota, knowing he has to wave the flag AND deliver the farm bill pork. “Nut?” Where on earth do you get that?
it was a change in policy to COOPERATE
As if that in any way contradicts anything else I’ve written here about the surge.
