Democratic vice-presidential nominee Joe Biden said yesterday that he and running mate Barack Obama could pursue criminal charges against the Bush administration if they are elected in November.
Keep it up, Slow Joe. There’s nothing people like more than endless pointillistic legal nattering.
Oh, yeah – and the McCain Campaign isn’t about the Bush Years anymore. So any time you spend on this is completely wast…

Limbaugh just played a sound clip of Biden stating that his son never lobbied him because he never even meets with lobbyists. He has his staff meet with lobbyists…
No word on if his son meets with Biden’s staff. Isn’t this known as plausible deniablity?

Lessee….Biden doesn’t work with Democrats while he’s in the Senate to get impeachment articles written, but BY GOLLY he’s going to do something if we make him Veep.
