I’d like to know, too. My spidey sense is definitely tingling, and while I don’t know anything more than what I read in her blog, this is entirely consistent with an uppity public servant having somebody prosecuted to cover his corrupt, unprofessional butt. (That is, I hasten to add, not the only possible explanation, or necessarily the best one in this case.)
