    i did this to a guy i was dating once. i said “i don’t want to date anyone right now.” Two weeks later, i was dating someone else. i mostly just wanted to break up with Guy #1 and used not wanting to date as an excuse.

    This whole retirement thing was totally “I don’t want to play football any more” when it was really “I don’t want to play football for you anymore.”

    Brett Favre: grow some and stop acting like a teenage girl.
