The librtarian in me…behave!!! I mean my view as a libertarian…says who gives a damn what one does in private as long as it is consentual and not with an animal or a minor.
But this was not in private…and regardless what Minnesota law dictates, most reasonable people believe a 17 year old IS a minor.
Let me pose a question: Scumbag Larry Craig attempted to engage in consentual sexual contact in a public restroom and was charged. This man WAS engaged in “consentual” sexual contact at a rest stop. Why no charge?
