On the one hand, who better to cover the Neil Young classic “Cinnamon Girl” than Matthew Sweet and Susanna Hoffs?
Cool.
On the other hand, time is not being especially kind to Sweet [compare and contrast].
Perhaps a name change to “Matthew Nutrasweet” is in order?
Infuriating side issue: It seems that the “Embed” code for Youtube scrambled the formatting for my site.
Is there some trick to embedding Youtube containers in WP blogs? Or is it just a stylesheet yakk?

Good gawd.
Man, there’s probably no feeling like finding out you’re doing a gig with Susanna Hoffs, and then looking in the mirror and realizing you need to lose 150 pounds in 2 weeks if you’re going to stand a chance of getting eye contact.

Matthew Sweet? That looked like freakin’ Meat Loaf, the poor bastard.
Susanna has more going on now than she did before. I’m really liking this generation of women in their 40’s.
