She’s Part Of The Conspiracy!

By Mitch Berg

Closed Circuit to Flash:  what do Hillary, FoxNews, and the Northern Alliance have in common? (*)

I have a very different impression of Hillary Clinton today than before last Tuesday’s meeting — and it’s a very favorable one indeed.

That’s right; Richard Mellon Scaife!

The conspiracy deepens!

OK.  All non-Flash readers may rejoin this conversation.

(*) Flash, presumably as a joke, continuously accuses the Northern Alliance, Shot in the Dark, Townhall and most of the rest of the center-right movement of having the same relation to Mr. Scaife that, say, much of the Twin Cities’ leftysphere has with George Soros.  Since it’s been months and we’ve seen not so much as a communique or a cancelled check, we presumed it was a joke long before Mr. Scaife inducted Sen. Clinton into the conspiracy.

Glad we’ve cleared that up.

Again, ‘mitch’, I never said, nor even implied “the same relation to Mr. Scaife that, say, much of the Twin Cities’ leftysphere has with George Soros.” Since the 1/2 cent or so that may trickle to the pockets of MN Mon fellows is nonsensical compared to the vast amounts of money Scaife and Coors poured into building your Internet home, TownHall.

But that is the argument you raise so you can shoot it down.

I do continue, and neve being a joke, point out that the NARN and all its members use a Internetworked Website, ie TownHall built by Scaife with a helping hand from Coors. The ScaifeNetwork was later sold to Salem Broadcasting and now is the key network for information dissemination, ie ScaifeNet.

But you knew that. no joke, common sense. But you all on the Right struggle with common sense. You call a 1/2 cent puppet strings, but the use of a vast internetwork built for pushing memes and disseminating podcasts. But then, in the same breadth, you support the ludicrous and demonstrably unprovable claim that MDE is nothing but a independent blogger.

Lets just say my clear and convincing claim with clear supporting evidence is absolutely no joke, but documented fact. The joke, is how desperately you try, and repeatedly fail, to hide these facts.

And after using the term Center Right, your next post will be bragging about how you party is shoving true Center Right candidates out the door. Good luck with that.

Thanks for the opportunity to clear things up. AS for Hillary, when the editorial board sits down with Obama I assume you make the same claim. I’m on to you!

    Flash

  2. Mitch Berg Says:

Flash, you provided no evidence whatsoever of a link of any sort between Scaife and Salem. You were asked repeatedly, and provided a non-sequitur.

So what was that “evidence”, again?

  3. flash Says:

Watch out, there is an elephant in the room, but you can’t see that either. Is that how it works, ignore the obvious but put a microscope on the ludicrous. I get it.

See, you are arguing a point I have never made, a claim that you created and one that I never presented. It’s not a money thing (that I am aware of) but it is an infrastructure thing. But you knew that. Now fire up those smoke an mirrors to do some more distraction from fact and reality.

See, you are arguing a point I have never made, a claim that you created and one that I never presented. It’s not a money thing (that I am aware of) but it is an infrastructure thing.

And you never showed any evidence whatsoever of any “infrastructure” connection; merely a couple of unrelated factoids (Scaife had money in the original Townhall; Salem bought Townhall).

As someone memorably pointed out, you didn’t “connect” any dots; merely threw dots out there and hoped against all logic that people would buy that there IS a connection.

  5. Chad The Elder Says:

We’re linked in to Coors? Sweet, I could use a coupla of cases of Blue Moon payola.

  6. Troy Says:

    flash, your argument:

“TownHall built by Scaife with a helping hand from Coors. The ScaifeNetwork was later sold to Salem Broadcasting”

is pure crap. I said it here:

    http://www.shotinthedark.info/wp/?p=2201#comment-25190

and I hope you read it this time.

  7. Troy Says:

I see flash said later in the same thread:

” ‘really, you should just let it drop.’
When you say that, what more proof does one need. ”

and now I see why he tried to defend the idiotic idea “generally, if you deny you are a racist, you are a racist”.

Are you still a racist, sexist, homophobe flash? I mean, I stated you were (with no real proof, but that isn’t important right?) and you tried to sidestep it (which is as good as a denial in my book), so you must me all that I accused you of, correct?

  8. flash Says:

Troy, I don’t deny that ScaifeNet has evolved since it was sold. No different than Sears evolved after KMart bought it, but it is still called Sears. But again, don’t let common sense and the facts get in the way of your spin.

  9. Yossarian Says:

Wow, that’s some pretty serious spinning there, flash.

  10. Mitch Berg Says:

I don’t deny that ScaifeNet has evolved

which is fine, but doesn’t address, much less support, the claim you’ve made.

  11. Master of None Says:

This same crap again? I’m expecting Penny Marshall to make a cameo appearance any second now.

  12. Troy Says:

I’m just wondering when ‘ScaifeNet’ will achieve sentience and turn against all humans.

  13. Terry Says:

Did you know that Joseph Kennedy Sr. was recalled from his post as US ambassador to the British because of his defeatism in early WW2? That he was an early and prominent supporter of Joe McCarthy? That when his son Teddy was in the army Joseph Kennedy Sr. used his influence to have him posted in Germany?
Wheels within wheels, my friends. Wheels within wheels.

  14. Mitch Berg Says:

Joseph Kennedy Sr. was recalled from his post as US ambassador to the British because of his defeatism in early WW2

Defeatist? He hated the Brits and more-than-tacitly hoped Hitler would win.

  15. Terry Says:

Kennedy was a founder of RKO. RKO was later sold to Howard Hughes, who not only purged staff with pinko ties, he added anti-communist content to films already in the can.
Hughes got his fortune from the oil business. So did the Bush’s. So did the Hinckleys. John Hinckley Jr. tried to Kill Ronald Reagan.
Need I state the obvious? The Kennedy-Hughes-Bush-Hinckley combine tried kill Reagan because he was a communist.
    It could be true.
The Vince Foster affair was small potatoes.
Mitch, you must have Mellon-Scaife’s private email address. Please forward this comment to him. There may be a huge book advance in it for me.

  16. Troy Says:

It is common sense and a fact that “ScaifeNet” will send out Bender, instead of Terminator, units to do their dirty work:

    http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0756882/quotes
“Bender: [while sleeping] Hey, sexy mama… Wanna kill all humans?”

flash will back me up on this, right flash? 😉
