I finally gave up American Idol this year. Simon was the show, not the alleged talent.

Never watched AI. For my money, “America’s Got Talent” puts out FAR more “talented” people. Lots of clips of amazing performances on youtube from that show. This kid is the epitome of “undiscovered talent” and the best part is how unassuming and truly grateful he seems.

Of course, this was 3 years ago, and I haven’t really heard anything of him recently, so maybe he flamed out or turned into a giant douchebag or something.
