   Its worth keeping in mind that Lois Quam was part of Hilary’s first pass at universal health care.

   She skipped out on UHG a few months back to work for Piper Jaffery and distance herself from the health insurance industry so there’d be no ugly questions at her confirmation hearings14 months from now.

   She and Matt firmly believe Hilary will be the next President and Lois has enough money to contribute (in addition to Matts millions) that it isn’t unreasonable to expect an appointment to HEW or the FTC.
