…Emmer’s budget plan is going to be impacting.
I won’t be able to write about it live – but I’ll have details tonight/early tomorow.

Will it still be lacking details?
Because he is running out of excuses for not presenting his plans, in full.
And I haven’t seen where he has provided the same tax and other personal data that Dayton has provided — and of which there has been criticism.

Unlike Daytons very specific plan that says:
“$600M? Who knows where that’ll come from?!?!”
and:
“Tax rates? You’d need a supercomputer to calculate those!”
Yeah, nice plan.

Yeah, there seems to be a great number of huffers and puffers demanding every facet and detail of Emmers plan, “now”! And the demands made of Daytons plan? Paraphrased: “Daytons plan has many bullet points, numbers, and a whole lot of words in it, so it must be detailed and complete, right?”.

“personal data that Dayton has provided ”
Still waiting for MadMark to come clean as to if he pays MN taxes on the money he receives from his out of state trust funds. Surely he’ll want to demonstrate all his “fair” tax contributions are being made. Surely he’ll want to write a check to cover any past “fair” tax payments that may not have been made. Surely he wouldn’t want it to appear that an uber rich trust fund baby/governor candidate was avoiding paying his “fair” share of MN taxes.
Surely……..pfft!!!

Doggone, just as no battle plan survives contact with the enemy, no political platform of an executive survives contact with the legislature. Emmer has a basic plan, which is all he needs, and Dayton’s “plan” simply reflects the fact that he’s never had to meet a payroll.
