Now I Feel Old

Saturday morning I had KQRS on as I did some chores in the garage.
Now, I rarely listen to “classic rock”; most of it isn’t really “my” music. I was listening mainly to “Morning Show” reruns.
And they played “I Wanna Be Sedated” by the Ramones.
(Followed by a Pink Floyd song).

I’ve felt old for a long time. Ever since I was waiting in line for a movie some 20 years ago when I overheard one teenage girl say to the other, “Did you know Paul McCartney used to be in a band called Wings?”
