…..or some combination thereof kick off from 11-1.
That would be Kevin Ecker and I!
/shameless self-promotion.

Ecker on the radio? That’s going to be either gripping or compelling. I’m not sure which.

Carlson and Ecker will be, at a minimum, better radio than Shields and Yarnell.

I don’t know about Brad and Kevin, but some guy named Biff called in and he made some great points. He should get his own show!

…….some guy named Biff called in and he made some great points.
And his voice bore an uncanny resemblance to a caller named Vince from Vadnais Heights.

Brad and Kevin did a very good job. St. Paul better watch his back.

I was pleasantly surprised. I knew Brad could do radio – I know he did a few things for Thompson at KSTP, but I never heard him until he filled in for Rocket at a NARN remote over the winter.
Ecker actually sounded like he belonged on the radio. Good voice (that’s the easy part) and a fairly intelligible, not-nervous-sounding delivery (that’s not easy).
Well done, guys.

Thanks everyone for listening and thanks for the compliments. Coming from you I’m very flattered!
But I would point out it this was an easy topic for me. I’d be more interested how I do on a topic I’m not as familiar with…..like basketball….where I didn’t say a word the entire interview! 🙂
