Something Tells Me…

By Mitch Berg

…that Duke Ellington HIgh School in Georgetown, DC is going to regard this as a, er, tactical error; they’ve canceled a fundraiser involving one of their alums, Dave…

…er, let me try that again…

DAVE FREAKING CHAPPELLE

because transgender::

The students said they were uncomfortable supporting Chappelle because many of their classmates identify as LGBTQ+. In his new Netflix special, The Closer, the comedian compares being transgender to wearing blackface, says “gender is a fact” and says that he’s a member of “team TERF,” meaning “trans-exclusionary radical feminists.”

I’m hoping I’m around in 30 years to see what comedians say about this era.

    From the article:

    In response to student uproar,
    . . .
The event was up in the air after two students told the newsletter that their peers had a heated debated with faculty after they were told they would have to help put together an exhibition to honor the comedian on the same day as the fundraiser.

So two students are an uproar.
What all these woke passion plays have in common is the cowardice of those involved.
Chapelle is fearless because he can afford to be fearless. The students are cry bullies, they risk no harm. The administrators who knuckled are cowards.

    Good points.

I’m convinced that the bullies in high schools across the country, become Demorap officials and public Karens.

I don’t understand the part about the students “would have to help put together an exhibition”. They were being forced to? That seems counterproductive regardless.

    Kids supporting trannies….this is fine.

Note to Transgender Activists: Dave Chapelle mocks everybody. Grow up.

Frank Zappa once said something that I’m sure Dave Chappelle could agree with. Zappa said “I am happy to outrage groups that are happy being outraged”.
