The DFL Owns This

Parts of the Twin Cities housing market are doing very well.
Others…not so much:
“Nowhere have home prices fallen more in the past year than in Uptown Minneapolis — specifically the 55408 ZIP code that includes Lyn-Lake and part of Whittier — where closing prices last month were almost 51% less than what they were in April 2019.”
Amazing what three years of crime, ongoing “civil disturbances” and endemic disorder will do to stability.

3 more years of targeted neglect and 55408 will be blighted and ripe for urban renewal. That renewal will replace the current housing stock (single family, duplex, & 4plex) with high density “block” apartment complexes that house 3000 in a space that used to house 250. There will be more than adequate space for the “low income” market.

There’s a “luxury” apartment complex Uptown that constantly makes CrimeWatch news. It looks like a nice place. So how do black animals come to live there? Your taxes are subsidizing them.
You cannot run, your reprobate leaders will move the wolves to where ever you go.

I have not been to Uptown since St Floyd. I just had a conversation with an 84yr old women (very sprite for her age) who was visiting St Paul for a ‘historical tour’ and she was taking a break from the walk in Irvine Park. She said she lived in Mpls near Calhoun or whatever you call it today. I asked her about Uptown. She said it is still destroyed. Very little active businesses near Lake and Henn. A little better well north along Henn but nothing like it was. I have zero interest in going over there these days. Grew up there in my 20s and early 30s and loved it. Thanks LEFTIST DEMS and CRIMINALS, you’re the best!

Also, I have a gal-friend and her neighbor (also a friend) whom are rather naive about crime in Mpls and neighbor mom said her daughter (who is biologically confused if you know what I mean) is moving to Uptown and the few couples that were there at or gathering said…’OH fun, I love Uptown’. I didn’t have the heart to tell them. I mean, talk about naive. Oh well, I like my gal and she’s a little more informed than her neighbor is at least.
