The Show Suit

Keith Ellison, after three years and 9 months of glorifying, aiding and abetting crime and the collapse of the rule of law…

…is “tackling gun crime“.

The lawsuit, filed in Hennepin County District Court, alleges Fleet Farm sold at least 37 firearms to two straw purchasers over the course of 16 months, despite red flags that some buyers were trafficking the guns to criminals and those otherwise prohibited from legally purchasing guns themselves.

But – is it really “tackling gun crime”.

Pay attention. It’s Keith Ellison. Of course it’s a cynical artifice.

The alleged straw buyers were already arrested, tried and sentenced…

…by the Feds. Not by Mike Freeman, John Choi or Keith Ellison, none of whom cares about straw buyers, since it’s not a “sexy” crime (until five weeks before the election, anyway); nobody ever got elected Senator for chasing down a gang-banger’s grandmother.

It’s their job – but none of them are doing it.

Rob Doar at the MN Gun Owners Caucus explains the stuff the media won’t re Ellison’s deeply cynical action. Read the whole thread:

This lawsuit is just for show – to deflect away from three years and nine months of sloth and indifference…

…no. That goes too easy on Ellison.

He’s trying to deflect way from almost four years of using crime as a campaign prop.

  1. Ellison campaigned on suing Minnesota corporations and the Trump administration. Nothing else.
The people of Minnesota have the AG they voted for.
This is not true of Walz, who ran as a moderate DFL’r from Southern Minnesota and has governed as a faculty lounge liberal.

  2. If the buyer bought all of those guns for either AntiFa or BLM or both, Hakim wouldn’t be saying a thing. Frankly, it would be poetic justice if, during the trial, if there even is a trial, it came out those groups were exactly who they were bought for.

  3. before election hakim sues fleet farm for negligence in selling guns to black men fleet farm should have suspected the guns would be used in crime and should have refused to sell guns to black men

after election haking is suing fleet farm for discrimination against black men
fleet farm claims they suspected the guns would be used in crime so they refused to sell guns to black men

  4. us govt drops 300 mill on nplate, drug to treat radiation sickness made in california by company named amgen stock market sign amgn but its totally not related to putins threat to use nukes

is it cynical to wonder how many members of congress knew this was coming and recently bought amgen

most of them are white folks maybe hakim could look into some actual crooked dealing for a change

  5. Don’t be mad at Ellison. He is doing exactly what he said he would do when he ran in 2018. If the people of Minnesota had wanted an AG who was tough on street crime, who would go after corrupt non-profits and gang bangers, they would have elected one. Ellison made it very clear in his 2018 campaign that his goals as MN AG were suing the Trump administration, suing Minnesota businesses, and going after abusive cops. Ellison delivered what he promised.

  7. UMMP has it exactly right.

Same goes for the East Siders that voted for John Thompson. Same for the ghouls that elected a Planned Infanticide queen to the US Senate. On and on.

The few people you Patriots manage to elect have been sent down to the minor’s.

The people have spoken. This is the government you have today, and will have tomorrow. Unless you like waking up angry, and being barraged by degenerates celebrating victory all day, you’ll leave.

  8. True story ha dinner thursday night at the beersteube in hastings with friends who have a condo in fort myers. They are driving down monday to see the damage

husband mentions he’s heard of looters and the governor authorizing people to shoot them, but he doesn’t own a gun lifelong democrat, believes guns cause crime, votes for people like angie craig so there can be universal background checks and ban nasty black plastic rifles. But now he needs one, doesn’t have time to acquire a permit to purchase, discovered nobody at the gun show would sell him one under the table, and wonders if he can take one of my rifles its an emergency

no, dude. I’m not willing to commit a felony so you can feel safe in florida I don’t care if it is an emergency thats precisely why I planned ahead, bought the rifle and the ammunition stockpiled it in the closet and argued with you before every single election that you were making a stupid mistake choosing the politicians you elected. But no, you are convinced they were looking out for the little guy and I was just a hateful racist.

Go over to minneapolis and get one there, they’re easier to buy than fresh apples. The mayor said so.

  9. The Bierstube in Hastings, Bigman? I used to go there with work mates for lunch back in the late 80’s. Heart steak was two bucks. The interwebs tells me it is eight bucks now.

  10. Why do you break bread with leftist reprobates, Bigman? They are unwholesome dinner companions.

  11. Last night in Coon Rapids police arrested four teens at a high school football game. The teens had four handguns between them: https://www.fox9.com/news/5-people-arrested-after-guns-found-in-car-at-coon-rapids-homecoming-game
The cops were called when the four tried to get into the arena & were refused entry (none were Coon Rapids High students).
The cops are placing a lot of emphasis on the fact that the guns were so-called “ghost guns.” They interviewed some clueless white guy who said the problem was a result of there being “too many guns out there.”
Guy’s gotta be a DFL voter.
